The customer service representatives working on Sundays are on their phones as I was waiting for my coffee and as I approached the bar, advised me to wait a couple mins while they were on their phones and chatting. Prior to this experience I had a situation where the same customer service reps would not call out to their customers to give their order they would just place it on the bar without notifications which resulted to customers grabbing the wrong order and as I advised them on a feedback on a way forward their rep told me that they did call me for my order and I objected to this statement when this entire time i was infront of them, observing and waiting for my order and the other representative did come forward and stated that she did not call or advise anyone to which order she placed on the counter which resulted to 2 customers getting the wrong order.

Feedback to the employees - take the constructive feedback and be mindful for future transactions for the next customer service, phones can be used outside the bar or during the break & most importantly complete the customer order before using your device so customers are...

I went to a lot of coffee shops and Aroma, but the exceptional service from this particular store is unbelievable.

The customer service reps come by to my desk and ask me if I need anything bc my cup was empty, and there are time that when I order tea, and my water was cold they will offer me a new hot one(Especially in winter).

When I walked in, the store gave you this warm and comfort vibe. When I took my work to stay for 2 hours, I dont feel tired at all and noisy. I work mobile, so from now on this is my go-to coffee shop to work and meet all my clients. I strongly recommend to go to this one instead of the Fairview one, bc is paid parking, so you wont see too many little kids going in and out to make too much noise, especially if you are conducting conference call, or meeting clients.

Overall, this is one of the best coffee shop I been to. I bring client to meet here for all high end value client, bc of the noise level is amazing. You can comfortably conduct a full presentation without any noise. This is a business area, so people around here are super respectful of noise and people...

As much as I love Aroma Espresso, this branch at Consumers Rd. is by far the worst I have experienced. I ordered the Mediterranean Spiced Chicken and found a piece of sharp metal in my food. I was on my second bite as I bit into something hard. I managed to spit it out and found a spiral looking metallic thing in my order. It could have been a trip to the Emergency, if I had swallowed that sharp metal! When we took the ā€˜metal thing’ to the guy at the front that took our orders (assuming he’s the barista) his response was, ā€œSorry, I don’t know where that came from.ā€ Just picked that metal up and toss it. With no eye contact or genuine concern for his customers and a pathetic mumble of sorry, he turned his back and continued making coffee as though nothing happened!! No other words from him and he just ignored us. Terrible customer relations communication!!

Looking back, as he was tossing the metal out, my husband realized it wasn’t even disposed off properly in a bin. We do hope that didn’t fall into someone else’s drink.

Take a good look at the video and you can see how hard...

I’ve always enjoyed Aroma Cafes and so was looking forward to trying this location for the first time. Was not disappointed! We ordered: Aroma Hash with Mango & Kale Smoothie and Aroma Power Breakfast with Ice Aroma. My husband and I found everything to be delicious! For the hash, I would have to say the sweetness of the maple syrup can get a bit overwhelming at times. But it helped having a drink to help wash and clean the palette. The service here was great and they actually recommended the drink to me. The setting is lovely - even the little patio they have set up. The tables and area were all clean and neat as well. It is quite pricey, but I’d say it’s worth it for what you get. Our order also comes at this price cause we were looking for a full lunch, instead of a light meal. I believe you can dine here for much less if you’re just looking for a small bite. Overall would recommend this location and cafe! Great spot for breakfast, brunch or lunch.
