I’ve been visiting Aroma at York University since I started studying here, and I must say, I was blown away by the outstanding customer service and delicious drinks they offer. Sophia, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience.

I was unsure about what to order, but Sophia recommended the iced matcha latte with a vanilla shot and oat milk, which she described as her go-to drink. I decided to give it a try, and it instantly became my new favorite drink! The combination of matcha, vanilla, and oat milk was incredibly refreshing and flavorful.

What impressed me the most was Sophia's attention to detail and her willingness to make personalized recommendations. Not only did she suggest the perfect drink for me, but she also upsold me on a delicious brown cookie, which was the perfect accompaniment to my latte.
