I am honestly so fed up with this place. First of all, they charge HST even though they don’t provide their HST number on the receipt which is illegal.

Second, in the past few years that we have been going there the price literally goes up EVERY SINGLE time that we go there which is multiple times per year and they are not upfront about it. Every time that I try to ask them about the price, suddenly they don’t speak or understand English. It’s such a joke. One time I asked what the total was on the phone and she pretended she didn’t understand me and hung up on me – but she understood my order somehow just not my very simple question. I had to call back and demand the total (which was much higher than the menu). On our last visit, the woman who works there made the ridiculous claim that it’s only $0.50 more per item when you can see clear as day in the photos I posted here that each item is about $2.00 higher from what their latest menu says compared to the receipt. Not to mention the fact that they claim you will get a 10% discount on pick-up orders which they never do. We asked for a brand new menu on our last visit which conveniently still has the same cheaper prices as multiple years ago… I wouldn't have a problem with it if they were upfront about the price change, updated their menu, and didn't avoid telling you the total. It’s called false advertising when your latest menu does not reflect the astronomical prices of your tiny dishes – which leads me to my next point.

Third, the portion sizes are ridiculously small and of poor quality. Most recently, I ordered a $10 veggie dish that came in a small size container that was only half filled. Lastly, since the pandemic began my family has noticed that Asia Garden keeps “seasoning” several of the dishes with primarily ketchup. Seriously, if you want chicken with ketchup then this is the place for you since apparently they ran out of real seasonings.

Fourth, they don’t speak to customers with respect. Several times the person taking phone orders has been sassy, condescending, and rude. I can’t imagine having such a lack of respect for your paying customers. But never again! I’m done with this place for good.

This place is a complete scam. I’ll never go back because they are...

Very mediocre experience. We went as a group of 4. When we entered there was probably two other groups in there already. Anyways, the waitress comes and we ordered 5 items. The waitress did not have a notepad or anything and just "memorized" what we asked for. 15 mins in, we get 3 of the items so we start to eat. Halfway through, we're wondering what happened to the other two items. There was still food so we kept eating until the three items were completely finished. Now, we asked another waitress walking by what happened to the other two items. She goes and checks the computer. SURPRISE., SURPRISE. There was no more items recorded for our table. My brother literally even questioned how a person can remember orders off top of their head. Anyways, they realized the mistake and entered our order. They said it would take 5 mins. We assumed they would prioritize it since they made the mistake. NOPE! Waited another 20 mins. Everyone's appetite is dead at this point. We tell them to cancel last two items and went home. Food we got was not bad so I'll still give 2 stars. But ya, be vary of missing...

I ordered veg Manchurian ChowMein and CHICKEN Szechuan Fried Rice on 31 St Dec 2024 New Year's eve around 9:25 pm. I picked up my order around 9:56 pm and the restaurant closes 10 pm . So when I came home and opened the food the order was wrong. Instead of CHICKEN Szechuan Fried Rice they gave the veg fried rice but I paid for chicken fried rice. So the next day on 1 st jan 2025 when I called them as they open 12 pm the receptionist asked me to take the difference in the balance which they said is $1 in chicken instead of veg fried rice. They ruined someone's evening in New years Eve at that late hour ,when kids were expecting chicken fried rice. Also I paid for extra hot sauce for $1.50 and it's hilarious when they ask you to get the difference of $1 would be given back...Asia garden has been in our restaurant list since past 7 years but because of this attitude and bad guest experience you can hardly see people hanging out in the restaurant that too on new years... It's very...

Their service is really bad. For the lunch special don’t have menu. When I asked fried rice for the lunch special she said 2$ then after some time she said 3$, common just 1$ to add fried rice to the lunch special in other Chinese restaurants. Then I ordered regular chilli chicken dry and egg fried rice. But the portions of the food is only 3/4 in the takeout box. Price was really high $29.50. Their food is disgusting, chili chicken completely out of taste it’s burnt. I just feel the salty and burnt bitterness. And the portion of the food is really less for the price. Surrounding area have best Chines restaurants than this. Their price is reasonable you get good portions also the taste and food quality is really nice. I never ever come to this place anymore and I don’t even recommend to any one. There is many restaurants in this area. I attached photos this how they serve you
