The worst place to buy food They don’t understand English only speak Chinese my Wife asked for chicken soup make it spicy and they charged her extra meat and there’s no extra meat and we did not ask for extra meat and then they give us spicy Shanghai noodle when we asked for regular Shanghai noodle and they even charge for plastic bag so How do you Carry a food to go I don’t know what kind of business they’re running they should be closed down

2023: very disappointed this time :( ive eaten here multiple times but its suddenly gotten very flavourless and cold. Did not enjoy it at all, esp now that prices are higher. - Original 5 star review from 2018: got lunch after a long long time in no frills. we feel energized again. this is the 1 veggie 1 meat combo for 7.99. we got rice noodles which comes default, with sour and spicy chickens and eggplants. its amazing!

Really bad spot, avoid if possible. The workers are openly picking at the food behind the glass and eating it without gloves. This is the same food they scoop into containers and sell. Hands were not washed between putting food into their mouth and serving the next customer. Visit if you are okay with unsafe food practices.

I recently visited Asian Gourmet and let me tell you, it was a complete disappointment. If you're expecting delicious Asian cuisine, this is not the place for you. Instead of the succulent chicken in sauce that I ordered, I was served fried bread drenched in some kind of unappetizing sauce. When I finally got a taste of the chicken, I was appalled - it didn't taste anything like what I had ordered.

After checking several other pieces of chicken, I realized that there was barely any chicken in the dish at all! When I asked the person at the counter about the ingredients, he completely ignored me and pretended not to understand what I was saying. I then requested to have my order replaced with something else from the menu, but he started yelling at me!

When the security guard approached, I explained the situation and told him that I paid for chicken, not bread. The manager was nowhere to be found, and the issue remained unresolved. The customer service was terrible, and I would strongly advise anyone against dining at this establishment.

Save yourself the trouble and look for somewhere else to satisfy your cravings for Asian cuisine. Trust me, you won't regret avoiding this disappointing excuse for...

The owner, Lady, with glasses who says she is the boss, was extremely rude indeed. The owner is downright nasty and so rude to people who are not Cantonese. I found black hair in my food and we complained and she said it was our fault. The owner was so mean, and you should have seen her angry face, I thought she was going to hit me with the bag. Do yourself a favor and go to the Caribbean Queen just nearby. It's the same kind of food but tastier, cheaper and good quality and nice staff and owners who care. I did complain to the Mall manager and was told they get complaints all the time, but because they sign many years lease, they get a break. I will never go to this disgusting place and the food was all fatty and lots of bones because they use very bad quality meat. They were almost...

On Dec 21, 18:20, a mandarin woman inquired about the increased $2 price and changed packaging of the 2 meat 1 veggie meal, she then went on saying there's some problem with the way the Cantonese worker was talking to her, apparently the woman (a frequent visitor with a developmentally challenged 8-10 year old son) had been picky and was changing minds on the go, and the son was banging on the window, wandering about being special need. The worker got emotional and tried to grab the package back, ripping it broken, saying "I can take it back as long as you haven't paid." As well as saying "I am not the on with the problem, you son is the one with problem." I thought that was horrible, but I remained a bystander even though I understood the Chinese exchange that happened, I...
