I recently visited Asian Gourmet and let me tell you, it was a complete disappointment. If you're expecting delicious Asian cuisine, this is not the place for you. Instead of the succulent chicken in sauce that I ordered, I was served fried bread drenched in some kind of unappetizing sauce. When I finally got a taste of the chicken, I was appalled - it didn't taste anything like what I had ordered.
After checking several other pieces of chicken, I realized that there was barely any chicken in the dish at all! When I asked the person at the counter about the ingredients, he completely ignored me and pretended not to understand what I was saying. I then requested to have my order replaced with something else from the menu, but he started yelling at me!
When the security guard approached, I explained the situation and told him that I paid for chicken, not bread. The manager was nowhere to be found, and the issue remained unresolved. The customer service was terrible, and I would strongly advise anyone against dining at this establishment.
Save yourself the trouble and look for somewhere else to satisfy your cravings for Asian cuisine. Trust me, you won't regret avoiding this disappointing excuse for...
Read moreThe owner, Lady, with glasses who says she is the boss, was extremely rude indeed. The owner is downright nasty and so rude to people who are not Cantonese. I found black hair in my food and we complained and she said it was our fault. The owner was so mean, and you should have seen her angry face, I thought she was going to hit me with the bag. Do yourself a favor and go to the Caribbean Queen just nearby. It's the same kind of food but tastier, cheaper and good quality and nice staff and owners who care. I did complain to the Mall manager and was told they get complaints all the time, but because they sign many years lease, they get a break. I will never go to this disgusting place and the food was all fatty and lots of bones because they use very bad quality meat. They were almost...

The worker got emotional and tried to grab the package back, ripping it broken, saying "I can take it back as long as you haven't paid." As well as saying "I am not the on with the problem, you son is the one with problem." I thought that was horrible, but I remained a bystander even though I understood the Chinese exchange that happened, I...
