Went to try this place. Nice facade outside and they have picnic benches for outdoor seating. Inside the place has dividers, the seats could use some re upholstering. Now the food. We ordered their spring rolls, mango salad, the house special pho, rare beef and meatball pho and a seafood pad Thai. Spring rolls - very good. Comes with pickled veggies and dipping sauce. Mango salad - overpriced. The pho broth need a little more seasoning. The tripe was overcooked and the noodles as well. Yes you can add more seasoning (provided at each table) but the broth should be rightly seasoned. The pad thai noodles was also the same, overcooked. Probably because it's the wrong type of noodles. Customer service, that I'll give a 2. I'm being generous. Would I come back here? Maybe, but I'll try other places first.

Went on Thurs. Dec. 30th. Ordered House Special Pho Noodles, small size and fried rolls with taro, pork etc. for lunch. The noodles were ok but not enough variety of items were in the soup noodle as said on the menu. I only recalled eating half a beefball and a piece of tendon and the rest were beef flank and brisket. There was no tripe or more beefball. The soup base was ok but overall not too satisfying. The fried spring rolls were excellent and well done. I found the Pho soup noodle to be really overpriced as there wasn’t much given for something that was charged for $13!! The basil, lime and beansprout they gave me on the dish did not have good basil; I asked for a better dish and they came back with a second one.

Pho Bistro is just does not offer only Vietnamese food but also has a section for Chinese and Thai food. Tonight we opted to order a few dishes from the Vietnamese menu. We decided to go for the large bowl of Pho to share. Lots of noodles and beef along with tripe and beef balls … a good size for two people. It was good but the broth was tasty not hot enough. We asked for hot broth and it was the same … just came out warm. The Lemon Grass Pork with Vermicelli looked amazing. The lemon grass pork was tasty but we there was not enough noodles in comparison to the generous portions of meat. The service here was very pleasant. They are located in a plaza at 100 Steeles Ave West. There is lots of space for parking.

Came here with my mom and dad. We decided to order food for take out from here seeing as they were leaving the next day to fly back home. We noticed on the menu that it advertised that they served authentic Thai and Vietnamese food which was something we were all craving. We noticed that the menu did not have sticky rice, coconut rice, or massaman which are basic parts of an authentic Thai cuisine. Despite all of this, we decided to order from here anyways. Once we got our food, we went back to their hotel and realized that the lady who took our order ended up making a mistake (forgot to add an additional Thai green curry plus our drinks which we paid for) so we had to drive back and get the third order. We ordered the deep fried spring rolls, two of the Thai green curry with chicken and rice, the pad Thai with curry and beef, and the coconut bubble tea. The green curries had massive chunks of bok choy which were very difficult to eat and the green curry itself wasn't spectacular, the coconut bubble tea was delicious but was quite pricey due to the small container it came in. The deep fried spring rolls were delicious and the portion sizes were satisfying, and last but not least the pad Thai curry with beef was disappointing due to the lack of flavour, spice, and only came with three slices of beef that were dried out and bland. My family and I came to Toronto expecting to have a great experience with the city's wide selection of restaurants but unfortunately we came across this place which left a sour taste in our mouths. Highly do...

This place has a weird Pho.

At first I was like what am I eating? The soup had an unusal spice/spiciness for the traditional Pho. Also, even though I ordered meatballs and raw meat, it came only with meat balls - a lot of them.

I called on the waiter and inquired about the lack of raw meat, whilst my taste buds were getting accustomed to the unique taste, I got the meat - a very generous portion.

I added the meat to the now-not-boiling soup, which resulted in it not cooking well. The waiter saw that and immedietly brought a boiling soup cup to cook the raw meat in, without me asking - extra point for service.

As I continued eating, and was contemplating on the review I'll leave (Which wasn't good) I found it harder and harder to leave a bad review because it is actually very good.

The meat was very tender and tasty, the soup itself was unique and also very tasty, the ingredients were fresh and the waiter was professinal and understanding.

Cons: The place itself is small, boring and dull. The service is somewhat slow (but accommodating).

I would definitely recommend and go back there to eat again.

Thank you for the...

By far the worst customer service ever. The two servers with very short hair and glasses are the epitome of disgusting behaviour. They offer near zero customer service and when you ask for something they drag their feet and have the most terrible attitude. The audacity of these two blows me away. It's as of its their own restaurant and they don't want any customers coming in. Them along with one of the kitchen staff a male are always sitting at a table all on their phones, with not one of them looking up to see if a customer needs anything. I used to be a regular but I will never return because of these two rude servers. They don't even help you get a high chair, it's self service. They never appreciate your tip either, its as if thank you is not in their vocabulary The food is also never consistent. The satay pho is not even hot enough to cook the beef which in turn gave me diahreah. don't see this place lasting long for as long as these two rude servers are there. Go to pho Metro down the street, it's a world of a difference. Never again! Strangers will treat each other better than these two will treat you. ...
