I ordered takeout on March 12 2021 at this new location at Centrepoint Mall in Toronto and there was something missing in my order. I was only able to confirm this when I got home and it would have taken too long for me to return to pick it up. I ordered among other things a 3 piece chicken with a side of rice and my side of rice was missing.
I tried calling the store numerous times and no one answered. I left a voicemail and did not receive a call back. I had to call the store again the next day and the supervisor was too busy to talk to me, which is understandable. I had my number taken and was told Id be called back. The staff could not provide me with a way to give customer feedback online. They suggested I write a review on Google. So this is what Im doing.
I tried googling a way to contact Jollibee Canada. I Facebook messaged and Instagram messaged Jollibee Canada and I have not received a response. I find it quite concerning that there is no clear cut procedure stated in either your social media or website about a complaints/feedback process. A customer should not have to search for this. It should be provided to customers as easily accessible.
Please let me know how I can go about getting my issue resolved. And I hope you take my feedback about a customer complaints/feedback procedure...

This location is a disaster. I ordered 2 meals (6 pieces of chicken total), they took names for each order and managed to give mine to another customer. The customer took that order LEFT the store and came back afterwards to tell them they had gotten the wrong order.... after that food has already left the store they tried to give it to me!! (hello gross & COVID?? I don't know if that customer opened it up and touched anything) Anyways, they handed out maybe 4-5 meals of customer who's orders were all placed after mine.... and yes they were chicken.. so was there not 6 pieces available to give me?
Then who I assume was the manager during this shift, starting to yell at all the employees (very very rudely) for messing up the orders (even though it was the manager calling out the names and handing them out.... He was yelling in Tagalog in front of myself and other customer WHO UNDERSTOOD what was being said.
Finally, I got my order......just to find out that 2 additional things were missing .. in which the "manger" tried to tell me it was my fault even though he packed it , handed it to me and I had not even left the store yet. He was so rude.
I will definitely not be back to this location and I don't believe several other customers in line...
Read moreThis is by far the worst Jollibee location we’ve been to. We came with a service dog, and the lady at the front - who seemed to be a senior - sarcastically said “no” and looked frustrated, as if we were inconveniencing her. It’s one thing to say no, but at least say it respectfully. Other restaurants, even non-Filipino ones, respect service dogs - why can’t a Filipino famous restaurant do the same? As Filipinos ourselves, it’s embarrassing to be treated this way.
The service here is consistently poor. Orders are often missed, and the food is inconsistent - the burger steak is more often a miss than a hit, with freshness clearly lacking.
To add to the disappointment, some of the staff don’t even speak Filipino. Part of the appeal of Jollibee is the feeling of home, but here, the front staff don’t speak Filipino. At other branches, everyone at the counter at least understands and speaks it, which makes this location stand out in the worst way.
Out of all the Jollibee locations we’ve tried, this one is the most disappointing. Unfortunately, it’s also the most accessible for us, so if we absolutely have no other choice, we end up here - but always with the lowest...
