Delivery person was so rude to us. He threaten us that unless we gave him a cash tip he wasn’t going to give us our food and that next time there was going to be a little “surprise” in our food if we ordered food again. Mind you we live in an apartment complex and there’s more than one household that orders pizza. We always make sure to include a tip. And we don’t appreciate this hostile treatment from anyone. Specially because it’s food that our daughter is also eating. Please make sure your delivery people aren’t being rude like this to people or messing with people’s food. That’s not just rude it’s dangerous. We tried calling customer service to complain and make you guys aware that you have a delivery person threatening customers. This is not right. I recently ordered for delivery a pizza from their location at Wilson add Bathurst Street. The reason for this was that I have been dealing with Domino's pizza but I must admit their way of doing business is a little strange for me and how can you have two different menus one for takeout and one for delivery and I'll be changing your delivery prices three times in a year. This train doesn't even have a standard menu so when they send all of these emails to you about 50% off or something free how do you know you're even getting a deal since you don't even have a menu to look at. It's not surprising that they've lost a billion dollars in corporate revenue and had to close a myriad of loications globally. Today I ordered pizza and a dipping sauce and when the deliver guy came he just handed me a box of pizza and I asked where the dipping sauce is which is an extra cost mind you. He said it's inside and I went back to the house and realized it's not there, contacted skip the dishes and had 2 agents Annie S. & Vel C. Who literally said they will reimburse for it and literally a minute later sent an automated message saying they have been experiencing a lot of orders requiring refunds and won't reimburse me.
