Bairrada Churrasqueira Grill — Restaurant in Toronto

The food and service at Burrata Churrasqueira Grill was awesome. The price point for 5 mains, an appetizer, and desserts was really good and was more than enough to feed our party of 5.

The Frango no Churrasco (B.B.Q. Chicken) was awesome. The chicken was moist, tender and savoury. The potatoes and rice were also delicious. Would definitely recommend.

The Letáo á barrada (Roasted Suckling Pig) was good. The pork was tender and savoury. The pork skin was crunchy and delicious. Wish there was more meat packed into the leg and rib pieces.

The Lulas Grelhadas (Grilled Calamari) was good. The calamari was grilled perfectly and had great texture and flavour. The veggies and potatoes were good as well.

The Bacahau c/ Natas (Cod Fish with Cream) was awesome. The baked cod fish was soft, tender and delicious. The baked cheese, potatoes, and cream sauce were good and complimented well with the cod fish. This was our favourite dish. Would definitely recommend.

The Mexilhão (Mussels) were good. The mussels were perfectly cooked :) The tomato and pepper sauce was delicious.

Chouriço à Bombeiro (Flaming Sausage) was good. It was cool how they grilled the sausage in an open flame at our table in this cute looking pork shaped dish (see the video and picture).

St. Clair location - Went for dinner on a Wednesday mid week expected alot more since not busy. The service /waiter was great. However the quality and quanity lacked. 2nd time here and disappointed won't be returning. Sat a table against a wall that was really dirty didn't notice when i sat down big turn off. Walls definitely need to be cleaned regularly. Ordered the seafood platter for 2 ( not cheap $124.99) and some seafood items listed was not included. Lots of sauce to make it look full and shell items on edge to look full but only a few clams. Not many shrimps. Tiger or otherwise. The lobster and crab there but didnt seem whole crab in platter. Definitely not for 2. Also lacked flavor. Very watered down. Ordered chips didn't have (out) had to settle for fries. Ordered a desert they out ended not having. They're excuse just reopened after summer holidays. Heard someone else order from another table an item waiter said out as well. They should update menu if they didn't get their orders/deliveries when reopened. Very disappointing. Not willing to try them again. Had cheaper, better tasting and fuller seafood platters at other portuguese locations...

I have had dinner and lunch here many times, but recently the service was so great that I had to write a review.

Reserved for a birthday, my family and I definitely could have attracted a short fuze, but we were greeted by an amazing server who had the patience of a saint. He was attending to all of our needs, even a family member of mine who is disabled.

Besides the phenomenal service, the food was also great. All 6 of us who ate, enjoyed our food to the fullest. From steak, to fish, we savoured each bite and were satisfied with what we ordered.

The atmosphere varies because of the people that attend, but the staff do their best to keep everyone in check and happy. They also have a patio for the hot summer days, but they extremely lack in available parking. Definitely returning, and even if you can’t make it in for a wine and dine service, they have a convenient take-out service next door to give you food on the go.

Would recommend the flaming chorizo and any of the bbq chicken and steak options....
