Damian, the bouncer outside bangarang, provided such profoundly excellent service that I am blown away. Not only was he incredibly kind and considerate when I was overstimulated and had to leave the club due to a recent head injury, but when my phone died and I couldn’t order an Uber home he escorted me inside, plugged my phone in at the bar and sacrificed his own heating pads to ensure it warmed up. He came in to check on me while I waited and then escorted me to the vehicle when it arrived, even opening the door for me. Prices are reasonable and cocktails taste really good. Service wise, it’s one of the fastest in a crowded place like this. No waiting and trying to find someone to serve you a drink.

People working there are really nice, always smile on their faces. And if something spilled somewhere, they act fast.

Not sure if we were lucky but couple of our friends left their bags with their phones and wallets in it on counter tops and nothing happened to any of it. This was also a plus point for me.

Downside,

Place is too small for the crowd. There’s no centre stage for dancing. Everyone is constantly moving around so you can’t enjoy your time. Someone bumps into you every 30 seconds, spills something on you or...

I am super impressed with the hospitality and attentiveness of this bar. The owner was super kind, attentive and helpful. He was sweet and took time out of a busy night to listen to us. The bartenders were also super friendly and made a 30th birthday memorable. The security guards were also super sweet, kind and helpful as well. Damion in specific was so patient and helpful. I was so appreciative of the way he honoured the policy of the bar and had everyone properly wait in the line.
