Let's be honest, this park is in the middle of an interesting area, which I personally like. The playground is smashing for kids, and I take my daughter here all the time. You can take a nice breather in the grass with friends, or go on a picnic with your date. However, there MIGHT be days, where you will encounter a little bit of noise or different characters around (including a real life Spiderman scaling buildings, on most days!) So, if you don't like your kids to be in the vicinity of real people, some with issues, you might not be comfortable here. This is the fabulous, artistic, and diverse Kensington Market, not a sheltered, pretend world. PS. You can always bring an extra sandwich to give away to someone who might happen to be hungry next to you. ❤❤❤ Sharing is caring and it's the Kensington spirit.

Now this is Heart of Kensington Market. Wonderful glowing park, every corner is full of crowded folks. Remembered last year March 2021 believe, nice day that weekend, big dance a thon of just random people, don't blame them really, months of Lockdown effected all. About a week later Third Lockdown was announced, lasted until June 2021. However this place great for outdoor activities, Music Festivals, Picnics, etc. Speaking of Picnics, me and a friend of mine is already planning ahead for one. It's going to be fun in May or May Day or May Flowers or May time or May Spring😏 Anyways see everyone then 🤗

It's not a park anymore... really sad. It's look like a camping with old dirty tents. People camp everywhere, it's dirty, the water in playground doesn't work anymore. The water trough isn't work🤦‍♂️. I don't really understand what's going on here... The toilette is close and I understand why. It's a shame for the neighborhood. Please stay away and find another park👍☀️ You can thank me later. Place: 1/10 dirty, garbage everywhere and some guys sleep on bench...

Wasn't able to get any pictures of the park as it was pretty busy and I didn't want to be seen as that random person taking pictures of random people in the park...

The park itself is small. There's the part of the park where children can play in (jungle gym/swings etc), and the rest of the park is I guess for people to chill in and chat.

For whatever reason at around 3 pm on a weekday, the park is so damn busy. A lot of people milling about on the park's grounds, sitting down, standing around, and chilling and chatting to their friends. For a hot second it didn't seem like a park anymore, just seed like a place where a lot of people were mingling about... Until I saw the sign that said "park".

Good place to be in if it wasn't so damn busy. Park attracted all sorts of people. Some that looked normal and some that looked sketchy. I guess go when the park isn't filled to the brim with people. I've never seen a park so...

Interesting how this place has changed during covid.... Because the park is small there are no tents... So families bring their kids here... The nearby paths like Trinity and scadding court have lots of tents.

This place has recently had a facelift... There's a splash pad... There's swings and playground structures... There's a piano for anyone to play (just cover it up after you're done). There are public bathrooms that are open... There's an exercise area with chin up bars for adults... It's next to Kensington market so there are a lot of things to do there... Sometimes a live theater group comes and puts on a free show for kids.

There's a nice synagogue across the street. Nearby there are live music performers in the streets in the...
