Banh Mi Huong Que — Restaurant in Toronto

I wanted to give no star but I am thinking and hoping that what happened to us is a one time incident. I tried this place due to good reviews so I ordered through Uber for dinner. I’ve had good Bahn Mi’s and this is a complete disappointment. The veggies are not cured, the meat filling was scarce and tasted like at least 3 days old. The vietnamese coffee I was looking forward to tasted like sugar in shaved ice. My daughter said the rotisserie one even tasted like our dog’s food, chicken flavor. Sad sad. People come for quality. Great sandwiches at a very reasonable price, and the service is awesome. They've got an assembly line working on your sandwich, and they pump out hundreds of sandwiches every hour. We ordered 40 sandwiches for our softball team, and they had all of them ready in less than 15 minutes...impressive since we ordered different types of sandwiches, and they were able to tag an identify each one correctly . They got it right the first time...something most fast food places would probably struggle...

I came here yesterday with my cousin, was a lovely quiet place. I’ve been wanting to try it for awhile, and it didn’t disappoint my expectations. Service was lovely, the guy who took our order was a quiet person; who seemed a little shy to be honest but he was sweet and made some small talk. We ordered a bańh mì beef sandwich was pretty decent for $6 and we only waited about 5-8 minutes. I’d definitely come back for its affordable price. Over all it’s a nice spot to go for...
