I have been coming to Capi's since I wrote the review below two years ago. It has been consistently outstanding. I just stopped in for lunch and ordered a sandwich, it might be the best sandwich I have ever had. The Panino Muffuletta was great. Crispy bun, amazing flavors, filling but not too much. Wow! What a sandwich. This is a small unassuming place in a strip plaza on Dundas. Normally I wouldn't chance it but I saw a neigbour recommend it. I like to support local and I heard the owner also lived in our building and had just opened as the lock down started. So, I ordered a pizza and WOW! The crust was amazing. Crispy, not just at the edges but right to the centre. The toppings were delicious. It was the perfect size. I was impressed. But maybe it was just a good night. So I went back again. Another great pizza. While I am a trained chef and caterer who has served thousands of meals I didn't want to depend solely on my own opinion so I got a couple of pizza and brought them over to a friend's house. She, an exceptional cook who was born in Italy, was blown away. She said the crust was amazing and that even the sauce was amazing. Do yourselves a favour and order a pizza or two or three!

Phenomenal Pizza!! Do Not by pass this small little jewel. The crust is thin & crispy, you can see the tiny air bubbles in it, a nice light crust. I ordered a small Tartufata amazing !!! They offer dine in ir take out. The owner definitely knows his pizzas 🍕. He has numerous specialty pizzas & tried & true American pie. I recommend choosing something new. You will not be disappointed. The ingredients are all top quality. I was ready to attack it in the truck heading home...oh did I forget to mention the awesome aroma.. 👌 Just GO!! Cash, debit or credit accepted. Parking in the front as well as in the back. Enjoy!

Discovered this lovely gem as I was at Mastermind Toys across the street. So glad I did. Love this place! Cute small place with a couple of tables but it ws takeout for us. Fast, friendly and very tasty. My kids had the cheese pizza, I had the Gitoni and Ciabatta. ( loaf bread). Everything was great and being a realtor, scheduled can be hectic so I eat out a lot. This place is my cup of tea. Looking forward to trying different things on menu. Park at back or side as during peak hours might be a challenge.

Used to have Capis every Tuesday when they had their 20% off Ventis Roni pizza. They discontinued the special so I haven't ordered since. Shame because our family liked the Capi Tuesday Pizza Tradition.

I understand the cost of doing business but a pizza is literally 5$ worth of ingredients to make. You're selling it at almost a 75% mark up. You can take this feedback as trolling but I would suggest you take it as honest feedback that youre pricing is starting to become unreasonable to the common customer. You claim your venti is 32$, that's the price for dough, cheese and sauce. Last time I got a venti roni it came to 42$. There is no reason a large pizza is close to 50$. You keep bringing up that I leave my real name on reviews like you are threatening me? Is that standard practice at Capis? To threaten long time customers because they are trying to voice their opinion and give feedback? Maybe think about what you say...

This was my first time trying Capi's Pizza since the original owner left years ago. The pizza was really quite good, made quickly and great ingredients, however, it wasn't what I ordered. I've ordered the same pizza with the same toppings for more that 20 years (because that's what I like) and this time it was missing a few toppings, when I pointed that out to the owner, he told me that those items were not on the order sheet, and the person who took the order told me that I didn't ask for them. I understand that no-one wants to admit making a mistake but HEY, it's just a pizza (not anyones life) just say sorry, I don't recall those toppings being mentioned, add them to the pizza and BOOM, you're done. In any case, this won't be my last time trying them, but next time I'll make sure I ask them to...
