Got to be the most annoying experience I have had from a coffee shop, especially for just a cup of brewed black coffee. Served by a bunch over privileged youngsters. This is the first Starbucks I have been to that for a cup of brewed black coffee, they placed me to queue along side with the few custom drinks that was ordered ahead of me. Thought, hmm...if this place is all about fairness, sure, I'll wait.
After waited a decent ten plus minutes, and noticed all the customers that was before me have already gotten their custom drinks and left. Decided to walk up to the counter and enquire about my simple cup of black Blond Roast. Her monotone reply was, verbatim, " We are out of the Blond Roast, which I didn't know, it is out of my control." Naturally my next question was, "I have been waiting here for so long, when were you planning to let me know?" Without any apologies, nor I am sorry, with her flat and emotionless answer, again verbatim, "Like I said, we are out of Blond Roast and they didn't tell me, it is out of my control. We have medium roast, do you want that?

Read moreI’ve been going to this Starbucks for over two years and I’ve always loved them. The staff is so nice. I work very close to this location and the wait is typically super long which is why I started ordering through the app instead of going to wait in store. I will say, a large portion of the time I don’t get a notification that my order is ready, and since I’m working I lose track of time and forget about my order. I just remembered after 45 minutes that I had ordered Starbucks and I never got a notification so I drove over and my drink was still sitting there and naturally very watery. It’s just been becoming a big issue for me and I’m sure others when we aren’t notified. If the management could help make sure that employees are notifying us that would be great....
Read moreUber order is ready and packed and placed behind the counter so courier can’t grab and go. So you’re suppose to wait at the designated Uber/mobile order area, but not a single employee comes over. Not even slightly close to that area for you to ask for your order. Eventually you’re forced to wait in line behind others who are placing their order, just to ask the employee to give you the order that has been ready for awhile.
If you’re not going to have any employee near the place where mobile order are suppose to be picked up. At least put the order on the front counter where it’s reachable for the courier to pick up and go and...
