Love the breading and seasoning they use for the fried chicken and at a good price point.

Got the 10 pc dark meat chicken for two people. They were ALL DRY. The dark meat had a texture of white meat and was drier than white meat. We were planning to have some leftovers for the next day. No longer looking forward to it and might have to throw it away.

Being so dry, I'd have to say that it wasn't oily at all. But I'll rather have it a bit oily just to get the MOIST.

The service was fast, but I suspect the food was cooked ahead of time and left under the heat lamp/warmer for too long. Please stop doing this. But if you do anyway, please have a quality standard and not sell pieces left under the lamp for too long.

I know some people like quick, but I'd be willing to wait for freshly made moist chicken.

Would come back and will probably just get individual meals, so if its dry, I'll be less...

Food taste is good, but this location is extremely stingy and customer service is bad.

Barely any fries with box 1/3 empty. Because it’s a Tues special I’ll let it pass. But the location by morningside and Kingston actually loads up their Tues specials.

Also gave no napkins, asked for some napkins. Gave me literally one napkin (for fried chicken too?? come on) and gave me a funny look. Also gave me 1 ketchup in bag, I then asked for more…gave me 1 more ketchup.

Unreal how stingy they are here. I understand costs going up, but this is a new level of stingy I haven’t come across anywhere (until now).

Definitely not giving them my business and I recommend you do the same.

The Morningside location is usually fresh and hot. I had no issues in the pass. Today I order lunch for my office. The chicken tasted like it was from the night before, was not hot like it usually is, very dry plus I seen them double dip the fries as the old ones were sitting in the fryer basket. This time the chicken was so dry ( I believe think they cooked the old chicken from the night before) and the fries were gross. Chicken skin was so dark aong with the fries. Im guessing they have not changed the oil in along time. I enjoy this place but so dissappointed this time. my adivised go for dinner time, this way you know the chicken will be fresh.
