ADDITION TO BELOW REVIEW Since We Loved the Pizza so much, We have been back two more times this week to try other items. We have our usual go to Shawarma place nearby, and it's hard to try somewhere new when you have your favourites, but since the pizza was so good, We decided to try Chito's Shawarma meals. Drumroll please........THEY WERE AMAZING!!!!! Shawarma and Fries, or Shawarma with Rice and Salad, were BOTH AMAZING. So much flavour and that garlic sauce and hot sauce are So Special. Thanks for moving into the neighbourhood and becoming our new favourite Shawarma place:)!!!!!.

I finally got to try Chito's and went with their signature Chicken Shawarma Pizza. I have been looking forward to trying it because it looks so good in the picture. I had mine with black olives and mushroom. I have to say that with the special garlic sauce, and the unique and delicious hot sauce, this was one of the best pizzas I have ever had!!!!. Loaded with chicken shawarma, and full of flavour. The menu is full of other delicious looking food too that we are eager to try:). Great food! I've ordered a few times now through Uber Eats and have been satisfied every single time. Their chicken & fries just totally hits the spot with that amazing garlic sauce. Truth be told, the last time I ordered I didn't want to share the BOGO chicken & fries. So I also ordered a medium pizza so I wouldn't have to share. Pretty sure I didn't get a medium pizza though, it seemed like a large to me, but I'm not complaining at all. It gave me a chance to try their regular pizza as well and it was very good. It didn't hit the spot the same way their chicken & fries hits for me, but it was still great. This place has been around for a few years, I'm hoping they're around for many more. I love the chicken & fries, my mom isn't very big on shawarma but I can at least order a pizza for her and...

It's absolutely ridiculous! I spent over 10 minutes on the phone trying to place an order that included a pizza...half without cheese due to a dietary allergy, and the person on the other end still couldn’t understand this simple request. So, I finally gave up.

By the way, because of this person's inability to understand simple English (even after 10 minutes trying to simplify it to a one-word phrase), your restaurant missed an order consisting of 3 XL Shawarma Pizzas and 3 orders of the 25 wings combos. So his mistake cost your restaurant over $180!

Instead of focusing on hiring knowledgeable staff, just hire decent staff who can understand grade 1 English:...
