Urgent Complaint: Misleading Menu – Pork in Chicken Carbonara Pasta - No proper illustration
Dear Domino’s Customer Care,
I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a recent experience at your store. I ordered the Chicken Carbonara Pasta, clearly believing it to be a chicken-only dish, as stated on your menu board.
However, upon taking the first spoonful, I sensed something unfamiliar and immediately approached the staff. To my shock, I was informed that the dish also contains pork (bacon). A staff member then claimed that this was explained to me earlier. I want to be clear: I was not properly aware of this additional pork content, nor was it mentioned on your menu display or item title. This is misleading.
As someone who strictly avoids pork for personal and religious reasons, this experience has been extremely distressing. I trusted your brand and your menu labelling, and I feel that trust has been violated due to a lack of proper disclosure.
I urge you to take this matter seriously Please review how this dish is labelled both online and in-store. Ensure clear visibility of all meat ingredients in combo dishes, especially for customers with dietary restrictions.
I request a formal apology and appropriate compensation for this mishap. More importantly, I hope this leads to a change that prevents others from having the same experience. You destroyed my Dinner.
I believe that that's the employees' responsibility to explain what's illustrated on the menu. It belongs to the makers and top management to display it.

A story while I was waiting for my pizza there. A customer called to cancel their order cause for some reason and the girl in the store told them that the driver was already on the way with the pizza. She yanked the pizza out of the oven quickly, Sliced it and handed it to the driver saying "Deliver this pizza fast, the customer just called to cancel it and I told them you're on the way".
Decent enough place for pizza. I usually order online for pickup and it's ready in 10 mins or so if it's not busy. I wouldn't pay full price for a pizza here unless I was starving since you can usually get a deal online. It's a small store so nowhere to eat or sit and they don't do individual slices. If you're ordering drinks or sauce, make sure they include them before you leave. Sometimes they forget so I took a star off for that. I like that...

I called the store about 5 times every exscue clearly indicated that they just forgot about my order or don’t have enough staff to do their job.
