HAIR IN PIZZA!! I’ve ordered from this place many times late at night because it’s a last resort and normally I would say it does the job, subpar. Nothing to rave about. But I have to say their customer service is absolutely horrible, whoever the manager is at that store needs to be fired. I ordered a pizza last night and received it at 11:40 PM and after opening the pizza I realize that there was a large black hair in my pizza well both me and the other party are blonde. Clearly it wasn’t ours, on the listing for this location it says that they close at midnight when we discovered the hair it was after midnight. So I waited to call right at 11 AM when they open in the morning, The only thing that they could do for me was issue a credit to my account for the next time when I order pizza meanwhile I had to go and spend more money last night to order food. I don’t want to credit to a place to put a hair in my pizza, I want my money back. After fighting with a manager on the phone this is the only thing that he could do for me which I find absolutely absurd as someone who’s worked in retail for many years. Read moreThe incompetence at that Dominos is tragic, and I feel it's not just the franchise but the company itself. In March 2022, I placed an order of several pizzas, of which one was ordered with extra double cheese, which I happily paid for. The pizzas showed up, and comparing the cheese on all of them, it was obvious mine had regular cheese. I called the store, and they hung up on me twice; then, I drove to the store with the pizza, and the manager dismissed me and said it was extra double cheese. I asked for a refund, and he weirdly looked at me as if I was being unreasonable. After seeing that I was not going away, he issued a refund. He did not even offer an apology or to bake me another one with what I ordered.
I then called Domino's head office and complained about the store, and they said they would send me coupons to make up for my terrible experience. To this day, nothing showed up.
Today I placed an order using an online offer, two medium two-topping with a 2L drink. Pizza shows up and no drink.
This is the last time I order from Domino's. If this company doesn't care about its customers and can't properly train its employees, then they don't...
