Worst pizza experience EVER. Got there on time and waited while others ahead of me got their orders and left. I kept being told they are waiting for an item. After standing there for 25 minutes, I politely asked for my money back. The lady said just 2 minutes sir, I apologise. I then stated that I had been there for over 20 minutes and my pizzas have been sitting there, ready since I arrived. They were sitting there for over 20 minutes in total while the cinnastix cooked? I asked for my money again. She said again please sir, just 2 more minutes. This is the second time I asked. I went out to my vehicle to tell my girlfriend why I was waiting. I came back in, and asked if it's ready. Another 2 minutes sir. I was now irate. I didn't want cold pizza. I wanted my money back so I could go elsewhere. I asked a fourth time. Please just 2 more minutes sir I apologise. I said I appreciated that but I would like my money back. 2 more minutes, please. I went to get my girl and we came back in and she said AGAIN it's just another 2 minutes. I raised my voice then and demanded my money back now. Not my finest moment, but listen to your customers. I have autism and diabetes. I could not stand there any longer. I had to announce I was disabled to them. I have never been so embarrassed. I pray head office sees this. They did offer my pizzas to me for free but I didn't want cold pizza. I told them just the money, thank you, and left.
UPDATE: we tried again. Delivery this time. Tracker showed delivered, called store and they said 6 more minutes. I'm done with this place. They need a more efficient manager. And when I called to enquire he didn't even say...
Read moreUpdate April 2025: Still the same poor service. Try Luca Pizza or Papa Johns if you want good service & a correct order in a timely manner rather than this incompetent franchise location with its incompetent staff.
Everytime I order from this location it's a different excuse as to why my order is messed up or better yet, not even prepared yet. App told me that my order was ready for pickup. Had the rude lady at the front counter tell me that the pizza would be ready in 1 minute as I finished paying for it. The pizza hadn’t even been prepared yet after I noticed there were no pizzas in the oven. (You can see through the oven from the counter)
Asked for a pizza thin crust & well done. I opened the box to see a regular crust pizza. Ask for another pizza & wait to get the same result & them trying to tell me that the pizza was well done meanwhile you pick up a slice & everything falls right off. They refused to make me another pizza when I brought it to their attention, oh & they're not wrong on how they make the pizza.
Pick any other Domino's location for better service & order completion...

Tonight I think was the worst and weve decided to never order from them again. We recieved empty promises from manager and he has a lack of business skills including lack of transparency. I called 3 times to get more info on a pizza I ordered over an hour ago. Kept giving me unrealistic time frames. On the last call I explained my frustration and wanting to get a refund. He then explains he only has one driver and there were lots of orders. I know there might be other factors, but if you know you have one driver why not just be honest from the beginning. Also why take on so many orders if you know you can't deliver on time, that makes a stressed out work place and very unhappy...
