Thank you for your response. I want to clarify that my review reflects how I personally experienced the service during my recent visit. I understand you have your own policies, but the way it was communicated to me felt disrespectful. I appreciate that exceptions may have been made in the past, but my most recent experience left me disappointed, and that is why I shared my honest feedback.
You mention having ‘witnesses,’ but from my perspective, that doesn’t change the fact that the interaction felt disrespectful. Claiming I snapped my fingers is an exaggeration. what I asked for was a simple piece of bread, less than six feet from the cashier. Read moreI just had the most incredible dining experience at this restaurant! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the intoxicating aroma of dulse wafting from the kitchen. It was like a warm hug from the ocean. The dishes we ordered were all infused with the rich, savory flavor of dulse, and each bite was a revelation. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. If you're a seafood lover like me, you owe it to yourself to try this place. The dulse aroma is a game-changer it's like a taste of the sea in every bite. Can't wait to come back...

Both the beef and chicken were packed with flavor, with that perfect flaky crust that just melts in your mouth. But the real star for me was the Milanesa sandwich. It was massive, crispy, and juicy, layered just right with all the fixings. Took one bite and honestly felt like I’d been transported to a corner café in Argentina. This place has soul — definitely...
