Read moreI have very bad experience here. The young girl and the old lady are freaking rude to their customers. Never go to this restaurant they gonna mad on you without any reason and gonna disappoint you.
Replying for your response that was given below :-
Thanks for sharing this but this is not 100% right.
Because I was just not only there to pickup the order but also purchase food as well.
But due to that young girl behaviour I had to cancel my plan for ordering food.
And, the candy, that I picked up by mistake because most of the restaurants offer free candies to drivers and customers. In that way I picked up that candy.
But the young girl yelled badly on me and she was almost about to cry on me that I picked up something big. I also told her to pay it for you. But she did not say a word to me.
However it was just a candy, may be for 1$ or 2$. And You guys reacted back very badly . You guys should respect everyone equally.
And, the meanwhile, old lady told me to go out and come back in 5 minutes to pick the order. And before that whenever I came here to pick up the order, no one told me to go out and come back.
Thats was a unsatisfactory behaviour especially when the other things happen on the same time.
And please don’t use fake points just to prove yourself right.
PLEASE ALWAYS RESPECT CUSTOMERS AND DRIVERS. EVERYONE DESERVE RESPECT. AND TRY TO TEACH THEM ABOUT A GOOD...
Read moreThis place is amazing!!! First I’d like to commend them for keeping the place so clean. From the utensils to the tables and even the washrooms. Secondly, the food is delicious!! The pho is really good!! The XL is hugeee so be warned. Good portion of meat and the broth is super clean. The bean sprouts, basil, and lime were pretty fresh as well. I really love the rice meal. The chicken and pork were marinated so well!!! You gotta have it with the fish sauce! All around great restaurant! Customer service was nice and quick. I’ll definitely be coming here again. My boyfriend and I scarfed everything down so fast!
Edit: I changed my review from a 5 star back in October to a 2 star. This restaurant changed. The broth tasted so sweet, the fried squid balls were so hard and chewy and flavourless. They didn’t even have limes. Only lemon with your pho. It just screamed lazy to me. The prices aren’t cheap compared to other places too. The onions in the pho were chopped so thick, it wasn’t even pleasant anymore. And the large bowl has so much broth and barely any noodle (which is the cheapest ingredient in pho). What do you mean they ran out of limes when they are located right next to a Chinese supermarket. Half the tables were empty but filled with used plates. I don’t know how they became like this...
