Update: I left a review for this business based on a negative experience I had. The manager responded promptly and was very apologetic and gracious. As a customer, I respect that and thank her for her response. I have changed my rating accordingly. — I have bought from this bakery every week or two for some time now and we always spend a decent amount. We recently went and bought a box of baked goods and then decided to stay for lunch. I ordered a slice of pizza and unfortunately it slid off my plate and on to the floor. I told the young woman helping us and she said she could probably get me another and then went and spoke to the person who looked to be in charge. Surprisingly, said woman said no! We were a bit stunned. I didn’t feel entitled to a free slice but this seemed really short sighted given that we have been faithful customers. I am confident most other businesses would deal with something like that more graciously and going forward, I will be sure to give my business to them. This has turned out to be a...

The quiche is amazing but the beef bourguignon was sub par and definitely not as good as mine. Not even close. The beef was tough and chewy. They should have used a chuck and cooked low and slow to make it fork tender. It was also way too much tomato which is more Italian than French. I couldn't taste the wine at all which was a pinot noir and not burgundy. There were hardly any mushrooms in it and I don't recall any pearl onions. The mushrooms were pretty rubbery so I assume they were not browned properly ahead of time which is what imparts an earthy flavour. It was very bland and probably could have used more salt. A good beef bourguignon is very robust with depth of flavour. This had none of that. It was flat. At $23, it was grossly overpriced for barely any food that was mediocre at best. Huge disappointment. Epi can do better. Buy the quiche and forget the stew. The...

If you want to try the best Apple Pie you've ever had, come to this Epi (and earlier in the day so you can actually get your hands on one!)

Also, their pre-made frozen Mac and Cheese is SO GOOD. I'm not even exaggerating, the cheese and noodles are perfection (note: doesn't include breadcrumbs but you can add those in when you put it in the oven, if that's your preference).

It's not a cheap bakery, but their food is truly delicious and worth bringing as a dessert to a gathering (holidays, events etc).

Their quiches are also very tasty, and I'd say most of their on-the-go items are reasonably priced and fresh/good quality.

Don't mind the editting of one photo, I tried to erase my partner from the photo to preserve his...

This is my favourite and my personal choice when I want fresh bakery goods. Best bakery in Leaside and in Toronto for that matter. All the sweets are baked fresh and they are stocked up with everything you’d ever want from a bakery. I’m talking prepared foods, deserts, fresh pizzas and also amazing freshly made cafe drinks. My partner and I were so impressed by the quality and consistency of the matcha here, it’s our go to for any Cafe beverage. Please try this gem out, you will not be disappointed, if you try the freshly baked donuts of chocolate ganache, our there sandwiches or pies, you’ll be so impressed you’ll never stop coming back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, 5 STAR BAKERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We finally found a place that has those perfect almond croissants that are on par with some of Montreal's iconic bakeries! Flaky, just sweet enough and the almond filling is perfection! The other ridiculously delicious item we tried was their butter tarts! I don't know what they did, but it was an experience in its own right. Flaky pastry, almost custard like filling... I just can't.... The pizza was really tasty and generous on toppings. Not in the pics : Cappuccino and Americano that was on point Mushroom swiss Quiche that was loaded with flavor Chocolate almond croissant.... Look at my earlier description, but with chocolate!
