Been a loyal customer here since they opened! Not only is the food incredibly delicious, the staff and customer service are super kind and friendly and always treat me super well.

Never leave a TIP though, managers keep tips and don’t give to their staff. I repeat, staff sees no tips. They use this as a way to make more money for themselves. Very greedy.

I almost always order the tacos - 3 or 4 depending how hungry I am. The fish, chicken and pork are my favourites and so so tasty. I cycle through these three proteins but it's a tie between fish and pork for my favourites (the fish is grilled sea bass I believe and trust me it’s so freaking good).

They have other solid menu items as well such as burgers, chicken burgers, poutine and fries but I come and stay for the tacos - if burritos, or taco bowls is more your style you won't be disappointed with these options either. Everything is very reasonably priced as well.

The Rice salad is another great option for vegetarians - (add mango sauce as a dressing). They also have a vegetarian taco option too I believe.

Grillies never skimps out on their portions either, so you really feel like you are getting your moneys worth. No extra charge for ingredients (you choose your own)- pretty much as many as you like except for guac or grilled onions is small charge. Fresh ingredients are always used and the protein is grilled and made just right every time. Make the taste mild, medium spicy or bbq depending on your preference (I always do spicy).

We ordered takeout in-person after noticing that there is a price difference between ordering online vs. in-person (see pictures of online order vs. receipt attached). The odd thing is they don't take orders over the phone like most places we go to.

My partner picked up 3 fish tacos for himself and 1 pulled pork burger for me (pictures attached). The burger was filling, and they added a good amount of toppings on the pulled pork burger, but my partner's fish tacos were kinda empty. There could have been a little more tomatoes, cucumber, mild black beans, and corn (they were predominantly stuffed with lettuce). The fish tacos were also missing the sweet bbq sauce. They only added the secret sauce. They also did not pack the mild salsa on the side that comes with the fish tacos. But we only noticed when we got home that the salsa was missing. We were really hungry by this point, so we weren't gonna go back for it.

Overall, this experience was ok, and we might come back to try other items on their menu. But we will need to check to make sure we got all the items we ordered...
