Overall the food court is great. It has great food options. All of the restaurant owners were nice to us and attentive to our needs, except for Rose Kebab. The owner of Rose Kebab restaurant is not kid friendly. Because of that one restaurant we may not be returning to this food court again, and trust me when I like a place the traffic doubles for a business because I have a huge friend and family circle, who counts on my review and recommendations for eating out. I would recommend my friends and family to visit this food court but avoid rose kebab like a pleague. I am removing one star for service and atmosphere because of this one particular restaurant.
From what we tried so far here are the recommended dishes:
Simba: try their Doble smash burger (beef) Wooffles & cream - try their waffle with ice cream. We tried ferrere Roshe flavour. It was great! Chachu's - tandoori bowl with rice was good. Though I think the portion size is small compare to price but it taste goodm we also tried their tea. So far that was the best one we tried within this complex. Savoury Samosa - you must try their milkshake. Best bang for your buckz!! Wow kebabish - they are the most friendly restaurant. Unfortunately we didn't had the opportunity to try all their items. But because of their customer care, I will keep them on top of my list. Shawarbite - they have the best fries in that food court. Rose kebab - please avoid this restaurant. The owner is not kid friendly and I do not think they deserve to be in that food court. Most unprofessional restaurant I have come across so far in Canada.
Here is my review on the incident:
Rose Kebab is one of the most unprofessional restaurant I have come across so far. We visited donmills food court with kids, because it's usually less crowded and safe for kids to walk around freely in a safe and monitored environment. Until today we had really great experience visiting this food court. We had enjoyed food at simbas, chachu's, savoury samosas, etc. All that good vibe was ruined by Rose Kebab's unprofessional and unwelcoming behaviours today. One thing I noticed is that this restaurant is always empty during our visits (most likely no one seems to like their food as well). But regardless of how their food taste, I will never give them my business because of their unprofessional customer service. The owner of this restaurant is either racist (i have strong feeling) or doesn't appare to be kids friendly or both. While we were minding our own business she appeared out of no where and started complaining that kids should not be having fun in public food-court. If they scream or like to walk around then they should be visiting playground in -9 degrees celsius. According to her our kids were screaming and disturbing other guests (none of them brought anything from her. Look at the picture how empty the food court was). So we asked her if anyone has complaint to her or not. She couldn't answer and kept complaining how three kids between 2-5 years old ruined the entire public atmosphere of this food court.
I would like to discourage everyone to visit this restaurant as they shouldn't be running their business in public with such attitude towards...
Read moreWent to Simbas, and the freshly made chicken sandwich was delicious! Food came out faster than what they said. The sitting area in the food court was messy. The tables were not wiped off probably for several hours, and the garbage was overflowing. The bathrooms were also very dirty with tolit paper with pee on them on top of tolit seats and a very stickey floor. For a place that is not lined with people at 9pm, they should be doing much better at...

Ordered from 4 shops and they were dynamite. Samosa was great, simba was good but expensive, fried chicken shop was best ever with really good pickles, chachu great stuff and...
