Freshii — Restaurant in Toronto

Went last night with my girlfriend at 730 and the guy was mopping the floor. When he saw us approaching from the outside he seemed disappointed. He rushed me while ordering and told me to hurry up. He said he had to close up but it was only 730 at that point. I told him closing was in 30 minutes and he gave some attitude. I asked him for a smoothie and he didn’t include it. He rushed my girlfriend and our food. He put my wrap in the heated grill and took it out within 4 seconds. I told him that it wasn’t enough and he told me to look at the grill marks. After getting my burrito and experiencing bad service .. the food was COLD! Both of our foods were cold. We were gonna go back but he closed before 8....

I tried the new salmon poke bowl.. I really wanted to love it but I didn’t. I asked if the salmon was cooked because I know most poke bowls have the type of salmon you use in sushi which is basically raw. I was told it’s cooked. But I was expecting the texture of cooked salmon. It was basically like raw salmon. It was missing the wontons and the furikake. For $17 I would think it would be more flavourful. But the sauces were very bland. I use to eat lunch here all the time I prefer the Buddha satay bowl with tofu and brown rice. And the Oaxaca bowl. The service is always really good as well. Just really wish it was cooked salmon. I’m afraid I might have a stomach ache...

WARNING* STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION- I had placed an order of the same bowl I get once every two weeks at Freshii. What I received was absolutely disgusting. The noodles were so soggy and over cooked, they couldn’t even be called noodles as they were all completely broken to the point they resembled fat chunks of rice. There was so much water in the bowl as well. As though the person making it was too lazy to drain the noodles first.

I had sent in a complaint with photos and told the store would contact me. They did not. They don’t care about customer service at all. I will not be going back to this location ever again and warn you to stay...
