I recently ordered a stunning cake for my daughter’s 16th birthday, and I can’t help but share the incredible experience we had. The entire process, from placing the order to the final bite, was an absolute delight.

First and foremost, the choice of flavor was a stroke of genius. We opted for a pistachio cake, and it turned out to be a heavenly treat. The subtle nuttiness of the pistachios infused in every layer, creating a rich and indulgent taste that left us craving for more.

What truly stole the show was the cake’s impeccable design. The skilled baker behind this masterpiece (Yalda) who is also the owner of Venus Bakery truly captured the essence of my daughter’s 16th birthday. I would like to clarify that my 2.5 star is NOT the quality of their sweets and cakes. Their cakes are great quality and taste delicious. I always shopped here for my sweets and that's why I went here to get my wedding cake.

Our bad experience was for their customer service. When we did ask for a quote, they provided us with a very fair quote and even provided a discount. Our agreement was to pay large amount of the cake in the beginning and after delivery of the cake we would pay the rest sometime during the day. This agreement was their policy and they provided us an email with all the payment requirements etc.

At first, they asked to us to communicate via whatsapp and later complained that we confused them by communicating in two different platforms.

The reason for my 2.5 star ratings is because the NIGHT before our wedding, they contacted us via whatsapp and mentioned that their policy has changed and they want all the payments now. We asked if we can just stick with the agreement. They threaten to take the cake back if the payment was not made the second they delivered. They also had other comments that isn't really worth typing here.

If you are purchasing regular cakes and or their sweets, it's all good. However, I would NOT recommend ordering a wedding cake or an event cake because of the customer service. Their quality is good and no...

I am really grateful for this bakery. They have preserved the honor and glory of my brother and family.

It was my brother's wedding day and we had already ordered the wedding cake from another bakery. Unfortunately, they made a mistake in the wedding date and could not make a cake for us on the wedding day.

My brother and his fiancee were so worried until we found this great bakery, I mean Venus Bakery. The nice and sweet smell of cookies and cakes was spread around the bakery. When we entered, we saw a kind man with a smile on his face.

With his sincere greetings, we realized that this is the exact bakery we should come to from the beginning. When we explained the matter to him, he asked miss Yalda for help.

Yalda was a nice woman and the baker. It took her less than an hour to make 3 amazingly designed cakes with her magical hands. I still think too much about how my brother's wedding might have been incomplete if Venus Bakery hadn't helped us that day.
