Services: It was a smooth process. In and out in less than a minute. Ordered online, said it would be ready in 20, I was there in 15 on a weekday around 2:30 PM. Everything was ready to go and I paid 18.25$ cash.
I would of appreciated if they put cutlery in the bag as I was picking up lunch and then had to wait to get to my work to actually eat instead of being able to eat the fresh food in my car.
Food: Chicken Souvlaki Dinner Chicken has a nice crisp on the outside and pretty soft on the inside. A slight dryness. However, absolutely no flavour. Not even any flavour from the grilling. If anything it had a bit of a metallic taste. A bit less than average amount of chicken.
Potatoes were a good texture, not too watery. Firm enough on the outside to need to bite but super soft on the inside. The flavour was decent, not much seasoning I can taste.
Rice was okay, slight flavour. wasn’t too soft. Some hard parts. It did have an authentic greek flavour though but nothing stood out.
Salad was a good size with a good quantity of cheese. Lots of dressing but the dressing is basically all oil with almost no flavour. Greens taste very fresh.
Buttered bread is pretty hard. Beyond just toasted, it felt old. Also had no taste beyond the toasted flavour. 2 times a fist size slices.
Tzatziki is basically yogourt with a touch of flavour. Its even kinda sweet which maybe that is the authentic one but I didn't like it.

Read moreMe and my family love their food. Always have for many years, even until the current increase in people using Uber eats. We consider your restaurant part of the family, but this clearly isn't reciprocated.
We always enjoy the healthy salads, garlic toast and other accompaniments that come with orders and used to love the large size of the Gyro and other meals. No longer. The sizes are now far too small. We ordered the Buy One Get One Free offer for the Gyro Dinner (Large) which set us back $50, after discount, only to find that the portion sizes are now miniscule compared to what they used to be.
Please don't reject local customers like this and give us small serving sizes. It's unfair and we won't be ordering from you again until we get an explanation!
Even though it's a family restaurant, George The Greek no longer serves people like family.
Edit: the owner’s response just goes to show how arrogant some people are. Instead of apologizing for the small serving size, I get lectured about food prices. No. You are ripping off customers and it’s not right. All I wanted was an apology, not being told I’m a liar.

Read moreTo understand what kind of place this is, you don’t even need to eat there — just walk around the restaurant, step inside, and you’ll see everything for yourself. From the outside, it already looks dirty: the windows are stained and clearly haven’t been washed in a long time, the steps are filthy, and the door handle looks like it has never been cleaned.
Once inside, you’ll notice the staff working without gloves and without proper head coverings. The tables are greasy and stained, the floors are dirty as well. Instead of constantly replying to comments online, they should focus on improving their image and the cleanliness of the restaurant.
The cashier handles money, then touches food and performs kitchen tasks without sanitizing their hands, all while wearing an unpresentable T-shirt. A look at the ceiling says a lot too, and I truly wonder how this place even gets certified. I sincerely hope this restaurant either fixes these issues as soon as possible, or if not — that it gets shut down completely, so it doesn’t damage the reputation and good name of...
