Pita Pit is always such a vibe, and one of my favorite places to grab something quick, fresh, and satisfying. What I love most about them is how customizable everything is – you can literally build your wrap exactly the way you like it. With so many topping choices and sauces to pick from, it’s super easy to create the perfect combination that feels personal to you. It honestly makes the experience fun, because no two wraps ever have to be the same. This time, I went with the falafel, and it did not disappoint. The falafel itself was warm, flavorful, and had that perfect balance of a crispy outside with a soft inside. What stood out to me, though, was how fresh all the toppings were. The veggies were crisp, vibrant, and tasted like they had just been cut – which makes such a big difference compared to other fast-food spots. I also have to give a shoutout to the staff. When I asked for extra sauce, they didn’t hold back at all, which I really appreciated. Every bite was saucy, flavorful, and exactly how I like it. Pita Pit never fails to hit the spot, and it’s definitely my go-to when I want something filling, fresh, and full of flavor.

Extremely Disappointed! This was last weekend! May 14 That is the Ancho Chicken & Black Bean Pita, or should I say should of been. I guess they were charging the full amount for a fraction of the pita! I sent an email requesting an explanation to why they would feel this is acceptable and the location didn't reply to my inquiries! BUYER BEWARE THIS IS THE LAST ITEM I WILL EVER PURCHASE FROM THERE! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I would give NO STARS but then the review wont post, so they get a single.

Good staff. Good food. As per most sandwich places you have to ask for a topping 2-3 times if you like a lot of it, which can get annoying. Overall, everytime we go staff are kind and attentive. The store is always clean, and thw food is always fresh and good. Avocado can be brown and disappointing, but most items are delicious. We go here about once every month or two

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Pita Pit location on 3560 Lake Shore Blvd W. I ordered a falafel wrap and a veggie falafel bowl, and both were completely ruined. The main issue was the excessive amount of jalapeños — it felt like they dumped an entire jar into both meals. The heat was so overpowering that it made the food nearly inedible.

On top of that, the preparation was sloppy and inconsistent. Some bites were overwhelmingly spicy, while others were bland and lacking flavor. There was no balance in the ingredients, which completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable meal.

This experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. For the price, I expected a well-made, flavorful meal, but this location completely missed the mark. I won’t be returning to this Pita Pit and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for...

I am not much for writing reviews unless something must be said - in this case, I’m writing a review on how great the service is at this location! I love pita pit generally speaking, but, I drive an extra 10 minutes to come to the Lakeshore blvd location simply because of David! He is so kind and every time I come in he greets me with a smile and puts care into each wrap/bowl he makes. He should get a promotion if possible. I see him here every time I come in, and without a doubt, he’s got a smile on his face! I know it’s not the best or easiest job in the world and we are all human and have our bad days, but this guy has the best attitude and it’s always lovely seeing him :) thanks so much David! Me and my boyfriend...
