Absolutely disgraceful experience. I ordered a whole cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory through Uber Eats for $98 for my girlfriend’s birthday — and they sent me ONE SLICE. A single, sad slice for a $98 order.
I called them immediately — and guess what? They admitted it was a mistake… but flat-out refused to do anything about it. No refund. No replacement. No apology. Just a “too bad” attitude like they couldn’t care less.
This wasn’t just any order — it was meant for a midnight birthday surprise. And thanks to their incompetence, the entire moment was ruined. No cake, no time to fix it, no accountability.
Shame on you, Cheesecake Factory. You took my money, wrecked a special occasion, and didn’t even try to make it right. I’ll never order from you again — and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears...

their menu on skip has at least one mistake, in that their iced cappuccino is not blended as the photo and "frappé" in the description would imply. i just got sent an iced coffee. they also sent a single cup in one quarter of a drinks tray, which really doesn't add any stability, and so it fell and spilled half the drink out in the bag. you really need to use half a tray even if its just one drink, and a sticker over the straw hole can help at least reduce spills.

Read morei placed an online order here the other night… the system must’ve reached the night cut off because as soon as i hit order it changed to being picked up the next day. i quickly called and asked the woman if she could cancel my order, she said it can’t be done from her end - there is no way to do it through their website or the email confirmation. she took my number said the owner would call me the next morning and when he didn’t i called, no answer, 10 times i called no one answers. finally at the end of the day i called again and she lets me know im “on her mind” and her owner will reach out and get me my refund. now three days later i haven’t heard anything. awesome customer...
