Chicken wing "dip" IS STALE, WARM, DISGUSTING AND I HONESTLY THINK I HAVE FOOD POISONING. I'M VOMITING INTERMITTENTLY CURRENTLY MY STOMACH IS TERRIBLY UPSET. I'm SOOOOOO NAUSEOUS!!!!

Arrived warm and WATERY as I should have recognized as my FIRST INDICATION. I tried it with just a bit and IMMEDIATELY SPIT IT OUT. MY STOMACH IS SEVERELY IRRITATED AND I LITERALLY CAN NOT BREATHE AS I'M CONCURRENTLY VOMITING. IT'S SPOILED AND DISGUSTING. HOW CAN A BUSINESS IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY POISON PEOPLE AND UBER EATS SUPPORTING THESE HORRIBLE STANDARDS. I'M DEFINITELY CALLING Public Health. Horribllllllllle!

ALSO, THE "PANZEROTTI" WAS 1/4 Filled. Literally 1 spoon of ingredients inside, this is also being charged extra for mushrooms and pineapple...WHERE was it?!. It is filled with AIR and I even cut it ALL THE WAY DOWN with scissors to see how far down the "ingredients" were. IT WAS BASICALLY EMPTY. CRAP QUALITY, LITTLE TO NO INGREDIENTS, and now not to mention the poisoned wing sauce provided that was labelled "Large" was definitely SPOILED. DISGUSTING!

I DIDN'T TOUCH THE WINGS AND I MOST DEFINITELY THROWING THEM OUT, NO WONDER THEY WERE 2 FOR 1 OFFER. I'D RATHER LIVE THAN TO FIND...

Drove past 3 other pizza joints because I wanted to go to a pizza place that would have free toppings like "fresh ginger, green chilli, fresh garlic, and chillo flakes" bascially what we call "Indian style". I entered the store and made eye contact with the attendant at the cash register, who was also Indian. I then proceed to stand there for 4 minutes before I had to stick my head behind the display case and once again grab the attendants attention. I told the attendant I want the so and so special and he proceeded to write down my 3 toppings on a scrap piece of paper, which I thought was very unprofessional. I then said I want the free toppings I mentioned above, he said yeah no problem and he just scribbled it down. Lonebehold my pizza is ready in about 10 minutes and I open the box at the counter to make sure they didn't screw it up. Guess what, none of the free toppings where on the pizza. When I confronted them they pointed me to the dry sprinklers of ginger powder, oregno and chilli flakes. Not only that but there were very few toppings on the pizza in general, I could see blank spots all over. Over all a...

I used to be a huge fan of this ginos and takeout a lot from here. Last time, when we got our pizza the crust was uncooked from inside and it tasted a little. We called the store and informed them that we are nearby so we can bring it back if they could just make us a new one. We understand that such things can happen but the lady said its ok we will put a store credit for you on this number just let us know when you call next. We agreed. Today we called store again that we would like to use the credit since we are in the area and the lady goes like “so you want the whole pizza free?” I said that the credit from last time applies, she’s like no it’s only 5 dollars. We explained the conversation we had with the person, the last time and she’s like absolutely no. She started cutting our calls, wouldn’t answer. Then the manager calls up and he says the exact same thing. My concern is not the free pizza or the store credit. It’s the lying and poor customer behaviour of cutting calls, being rude.
