Lovely little eatery, VERY limited parking in the front, and additional limited parking around the corner (Green P). Viksh was wonderful in taking our order. He was very patient and explained the various ingredients - even the "hidden" ones - and the different spiceyness levels available. We weren't pressured to buy extra anything - just informed of the 10% discount if side items were added to the main item (a combo). It's people like Viksh that inspire loyalty to a business. If more people were as attentive, polite, and professional as Viksh, the world in general and the shopping experience in particular would be a lot better. Because of his service, I will DEFINITELY be coming back! The food is GOOD! not overly expensive (considering how pricey things have gotten), freshly made in front of you, and the ingredients appear to be of good quality. The milkshakes are thick and made with ice-cream. The chocolate one is good. 👍 The smoothies are thick as well, and made with actusl fruit. The beef burgers are fresh - they start as ground beef rolled into balls, then flattened on the grill and cooked. NOT PRE-FROZEN with a high water weight content! Single bathroom is downstairs in the basement. Clean, but small and NOT non-mobile friendly. There is a Tim Hortons just down a business or three if an accessible washroom is needed. For anyone grumping - this is Toronto, and the building was built well before accessibility was even a thought. Sucks, but don't blame the restaurant. Doesn't appear to have WiFi, but I also didn't ask. There are three (3) tables inside that seat four (4) people at each table.

LATE NIGHT FOOD SAVIOUR ❤️💙💚🧡💜💛 Man, nothing is open in this area too late. Grillies is a local chain, I’ve tried the one in Koreatown (could lightening strike twice with that #Watermelon slushy!?) Bacon ChEEbuger with fresh fries? And that slush IS real Watermelon which is weirdly awesome the closer it is to midnight 🤓 I used to live around here, nice flowers and it’s safe to chill late. Pool hall next door is all I’m saying.

My husband ordered a burrito bowl and a wrap from the store on a Tuesday at 9:30pm . He was made to wait more than 30 minutes for these items when the store was empty. Moreover, when we came home with the food, the chicken was raw! When we called the store, the guy in charge did not care about the issue and not even apologized for messing up my order! Definitely not coming back!!

Walking into the restaurant I noticed it is a lot smaller than the location at Dundas and Jarvis. The location is cleaner than Dundas and Jarvis and had a working washroom!

Ordering: The cashier was sort of confused when taking my order I went down the list of options for a double cheeseburger but it took her a little while to input all the options and when I said I wanted my burger to be both spicy and have sweet bbq sauce my burger ended up only getting sweet bbq sauce. Other than that ordering was fine.

The Food: I ordered a double cheeseburger with a milkshake. I added additions on the burger, which included: grilled onions, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes. The burger was great, tasted nearly the same as the Grillies on Dundas and Jarvis. I do wish that the patties were spicy as I indicated when ordering the burger but.. oh well. I also got a chocolate milkshake and it wasn't really anything special just tasted like a normal shake.

Price: I paid a little over $20 for my burger with the additional toppings including the chocolate shake.

Time to get food: Around a 10 minute wait to get my food. It was better than the wait at the Dundas and Jarvis location in which I had to wait 20-30 minutes to get my meal.

Overall: Pretty decent experience, Grillies is definitely a good place to get a quality...
