I went to buy cup of coffee, first time entering. The woman practically yelled at me as if I came to destroy her family. She spoke condescendingly, rude and nasty. I am asking you, the reader of this review, to put yourself into my shoes. I came to give my business to this person, but instead of being appreciated this woman spoke to me as if I am the lowest possible criminal. When someone speaks condescendingly it is generally because the person is racist. The person perceives the customer for being a superior of a sort. This is a too good to go review. I purchased a surprise bag from grounded. Coffeebar, excited to give them a try and see what they have to offer.

I’m disappointed to say that my expectations, though low, were met with even lower realities. I was given a broken cookie and a scone that should be valued at $15. The cookie was broken up to literal pieces and the scone is salty and harder than chew than a brick.

a) order arrived without utensils b) when asked for utensils. The fork was dirty, and I had to go tell them to give me another one c) My toast had only jam, i had to ask them to add peanut butter again d) 4 younger ladies worked on sunday morning, instead of paying attention to details they were standing around and chit chatting
