I went to Habibi Q for the first time after a family recommendation and many positive reviews. I did not regret it. At the first visit, the store wasn’t open at 12PM on the dot. But an easy call to their phone reminded the manager to open the entrance door 5-10 minutes after the hour. The manager himself was very welcoming and asked many questions about my menu as well as answered my own concerns. Their menu is filled with Mediterranean meals that are both filling, and reasonably priced! I’ve ordered the ‘Mixed Shawarma salad chicken & beef’ item loved it. It looked exactly as how it appeared on menu, tasted good and was filling. (Heck, too filling as the I couldn’t even finish the $10 dish as they are very generous with putting in the meats) The staff were very friendly, hard-working and helpful to customers and passers-by looking for direction within the area. All side dressings and additional utensils were provided with my order, so nothing was missing. The environment is clean, and tidy with the cashier at the back. I’ve been a regular customer at this restaurant for a while, but after yesterday’s incident, I will never be returning. We placed an order over the phone, but when we arrived, Anurag had prepared the wrong order. When we politely pointed this out, instead of apologizing or fixing the mistake, he became furious and aggressive.
It was clear he wanted to close the restaurant and was in no mood to accommodate us, even though it was his error. He refused to let us dine in and took an unnecessarily long time to prepare the correct order, which felt deliberate and unprofessional. His attitude was completely disrespectful, and it was evident he didn’t care about customer satisfaction.
As someone who has supported this restaurant for a long time, I’m deeply disappointed. Anurag’s behavior was unacceptable, and it’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. I will not be recommending this...

Despite ordering a chicken shawarma wrap and a beef platter, I was given two wraps, neither of which contained chicken as requested. When I returned one of the wraps to exchange it for the correct dish, the front desk attendant was apologetic and willing to make it right. However, my dismay escalated when a member of the kitchen staff, whom I can only describe as disrespectful and overweight, accused me of trying to scam a free meal. Not only did he refuse to correct the mistake, but he also had the audacity to blame me for their error. This level of incompetence and rudeness is simply unacceptable in any establishment, let alone one in the service industry.
