This place was a hidden gem that we found out of the blue. Firstly, the atmosphere and the privacy per table were so amazing. The place was huge so there was more private seating on the out side as well. Music I loved (hip hop). The colors, the furniture and designs were so nice. A regular shisha with basic flavors was $22. The staff came and checked on us and even checked on our shisha from time to time. I really appreciated that. We were able to buy whatever food we wanted in their restaurant which had a separate entrance. Then we sat and the delivered the food and drinks to our table (but they had to be in take out containers per law). Food was good, we ordered the mixed shawarma plate, super delicious 😋 Their pita with hummus, omg so delicious. But we ordered their potatoes and those tasted off...like no flavour and tasted old We couldn't eat those so we left it. I think the sides were about $6. I was craving roasted potatoes so too bad I couldn't eat them. But the other food made up for the difference. Plenty of parking. We will definitely be back!

I wish I had read the reviews. Overall, I would give this place a poor rating. Trust me, I did think of not giving my review because the economy is bad and restaurants need to survive, BUT the economy is bad for the spender as well. 1. The food and shisha place are separate buildings. You have to move from one building to the other to order food. DO NOT get poutine unless you don't mind tasting a truck load of salt. Wonder Where is the poutine 🤔 the salad was good and so was the shish kebab. 2. Shisha service starts at 8pm. There was literally zero service. I got the shisha without tongs. Waited for half an hour for a server... finally decided to go to the kitchen to get the tongs. Overall service bad. 3. Shisha. It's not too bad, although the I got was a bit wet. I am hoping that was water. So hygiene wise, debatable. 4. Ambiance. Good 5. Music. Good

It was my first time at this place. We went on early Friday evening it was cold but they have a heated deck. We wanted to experience it and asked about it. They were yet to open it, but they accepted our request and started warming up the deck. Then we were moved there and had 2 hookahs the service was to the point. They do not have food options in house but have a middle easter restaurant just next to them who provide table service. The shawarma was awesome. They accept only debit or cash. The place get filled up pretty quick so do make sure you give yourself some time.

Review of Service Date: 26/09/2020 Time of Service: 8 PM - 11:30 PM

I have been to many Hookah lounges both in Canada and in the US so when I say this may be one of the worst hookah lounges, I am talking overall in NA.

Contrary to what I just wrote, the shisha is pretty okay. They did not have any Fumari or Starbuzz flavors so you only get to smoke AF (the regular options most hookah bars have). But as I stated, they are one of the worst "hookah lounges".

Upon waiting in line for 20 minutes patiently, three different group of girls were all seemingly allowed to cut in front of us and interact with the server at the cashier despite there being 10-15 additional people in line. Considering they were asking far too many questions, it didn't seem like they were regulars. What was more baffling was that the server took more time flirting out with the girls and trying to get their numbers. So having to wait an additional 25 minutes because the server wanted to spit some game with any girl he can see just seemed whack. Mind you, the line up was due to the server not taking orders at the front, NOT because there were a lack of seats.

The server's forces you to pay for the service before having received it so when you are seated and your hookah is brought over - no additional attention will be paid to you from the staff. This made it increasingly hard to order any drinks/food/tea or even get spare coals.

We were also seated outside despite the request to be seated inside. I won't be too fussy about this since it was inevitable and with COVID-19 around, its probably better to be smoking outside due to increased natural ventilation.

The washrooms are not maintained nor clean.

The shisha itself was okay, there was nothing special or significantly great about the shisha but it wasn't horrible either. So i was surprised why they were charging $22, when street price for a 250g of shisha is around $25. The service, atmosphere, treatment by no means justifies this increase in price from regular shisha.

Server is more interested in picking up girls than picking up orders. Staff do not look after your needs and you have to wait nearly 20--30 minutes without smoking for additional coals. I tried to order tea but alas I never received it. Washrooms looked like a few kids went in and it's never been maintained nor cleaned in a week.

Habibiz is overly-priced, poorly maintained, terrible customer service where the intention is to give you as terrible of an experience as possible. But due note, if you just want to smoke regular shisha and pay extra $7 on top of the usual price, Habibiz is the place to go. They ensure that the mixes are consistent which is the only positive to come out of...

firstly the staff is extremely rude but ESPECIALLY the short girl at cash. i'm genuinely shocked by how rude she can be without being ashamed of how unprofessional she is. secondly, there was a group of guys who kept turning their motorcycles on and off and it was so loud that it was startling everyone at the patio, i wish we hadn't paid because it was so loud that we couldn't hear each other talk for an hour. i saw a young girl go outside to tell the bikers to quiet down when that is the establishments job!! when my friends and i left one of the motorcyclists started harassing my girlfriend and her friends, they clearly are ruining the atmosphere for all the patrons and they're a bunch of low lives loitering. i know the employees can obviously hear the motorcycle engines go off for an hour so please answer and tell me why you people don't do anything? are you scared of the bikers or do you just not care about the experience your customers are having? lastly, we called ahead and asked if we can bring in outside food, they said yes and we brought in pizza, they had no problem with it but then told another table that they couldn't bring outside food, what's the deal with that? this place is being run like a joke and the music is awful. i came here once in january of 2022 and the music was great, employees nice and vibes were good. i don't know what changed but i don't recommend you go here unless you want to get harassed by the employees and the low life bikers by the entrance. go anywhere else your money is better spent! also this is the only place i know that charges you first, other places charge you after, i think they do that so if they decide to kick you out randomly (looking at other reviews here) you'll have already paid. there were two nice workers one guy was kinda big and was wearing a grey sweatsuit- he was great. another one was an older gentleman in the back and he was friendly as well. everyone else was awful but especially the two young guys that bring out the shisha and the short girl who has the worst attitude. not to mention she lied about the lights and heaters not working outside because she didn't want to turn them on. another worker came out and turned...

I was there for the first time and I liked it. Here's the quick low down: Shisha: it was pretty good. No complaints there. They have a decent flavor list and choice of regular or fruit head. Value: pretty good, $23 for a shisha (regular head) and 2 Barbicans. Ambience: the place is nicely decorated and the music is pretty good. It's just that the arrangement is a little messy when busy. Also the ventilation needs work, as you're greated with a thick cloud of smoke the moment you walk in. Service: Not bad. Note that unlike most similar places, you have to go up to the cashier to order (a la fast food). I was there at a relatively busy time and our orders didn't take far too long. Menu: Very limited. This is not Shishalicious. There's basically just Shisha, pop/Barbican, and tea pots. And you're not allowed to bring in food. Life: it's pretty banging. We got there at 1am on a Friday and people were still coming in. Pretty lively and mixed. The ages are a little bit on the younger side, but not too much. "Arabic Appeal": Between the decent shisha, good tunes, and the middle eastern touches in decor, I'd give it a B+, only because of the lack of food options. Girlfriend appropriateness: Yes you can bring your girl! I suspect not every girl will be comfortable at every visit because like I said earlier, due to the poor ventilation and occasional younger crowd, it can feel a bit uncomfortable. However, there are usually many groups of women and several couples, so mostly ok. It's definitely not a sausage-fest.

I would go...
