Hi there I placed an order for (6) donuts via Uber Eats from the Queen St location however it somehow got cancelled so I attempted to place another order from another location (Bayview/Leaside) one and they had a promo for Buy 1/Get 1. After I placed my order I immediately called the location and asked if I can have 4 flavours instead of 3 same flavours as they were all the same promo of "buy 1/get 1" however the girl said she wasn't able to do that as she had already made the box. Upon my delivery getting here, i am disappointed as ALL 6 donuts were just RAM-JAMMED INTO A SMALL BOX as they're sayin well its a promo so we don't really have to package and take pride in the packaging and placement of the donuts.
I don't think its right for you to just shove the donuts into a small box that clearly isn't meant for (6) as the box didn't even close and the donuts all stuck to one another...icing went all over the box and all donuts glazed contaminated each other.
I've also ordered cake slices/pastry from other establishments via UBER EATS with a "BUY ONE/ GET ONE FREE" special too and the packaging is NEVER compromised. The seller still takes pride in each and every slice and properly ensures the box is the right size, and no slices are just sitting on top of one another unlike what you DID. Its such poor packaging and the lack of regard isn't appreciated.
I would've purchased regular price for them so for you to just not care in the lack of proper packaging and say, you couldn't allow me to change a flavour to another one when i had call seconds rightafter, isn't right!
You need to know that delivery charge is $13.49 and although these were on sale, I still paid nearly $50.00 for them based on $44.00 plus tip to the driver so going forward you should keep that in mind so for you to just squeeze and shove them into a small box is distasteful and makes me question my loyalty to you as I'm a regular customer however "Marry Me Mochi" has a bit of an edge not only because they're fresh and yummy but its the lack of regard in this...

The Cinnamon Sugar is a delightful treat with the perfect balance of sweetness and spice. Its soft texture melts in your mouth, and the flavor profile is both nostalgic and comforting. It's perfect for breakfast, a midday snack, or even dessert.
The Vietnamese Coffee is equally exceptional. Bold, rich, and wonderfully smooth, it pairs beautifully with the cinnamon sugar treat. The coffee’s slightly sweet and creamy finish complements the spiced notes perfectly.
