KFC — Restaurant in Toronto

first time ever writing a review but I was shocked yesterday probably the worst service I ever witnessed. I ordered a chicken bowl and waited for over half an hour and was instantly annoyed as I wanted a "quick" bite before work. people who had ordered after me all got their food first and when the guy beside me said how its unfair if he got his food before me as i have been there longer I saw his food come out and the lady in the front serving whispered to the lady preparing the food to not give the guys order first as mine was supposed to come out first so even she realized how pathetic their service was but oh they are understaffed I should feel bad when I can clearly see the lady preparing the food was going as slow as a sloth maybe don't hire lazy workers it's not that hard to put chicken in a box there was only a couple of customers waiting that excuse doesnt make any sense it shouldn't take that long. I highly don't recommend this place and I will go eat at another KFC next time as I don't want to waste my precious time for some "FAST FOOD"...

Waited 30 mins for soggy chicken fingers. I watch as 6 different groups of people came through and ordered and got their order. It says only 5 allowed in at a time. I had stepped inside the door to escape the blistering cold. The cook ran out of the kitchen to tell me to get back outside. After finally getting to order and upon waiting(a very ridiculous time), I had noticed that they no longer were paying attention to the number of people. As she knew some of them, and let them in because of that. Now over 7 people inside, I couldnt help but feel prejudice(I am Native) as they all got priority...

This is the worst KFC location I've ever been to. To the point where when you ask what drinks they have the employees point to the board and look at you like your garbage. The Attitude is disgusting. They just stare at you with this face😳. That emoji ladies and gentlemen is how they greet you and take your order. Wow 👏 👌zero stars! I'll never go back there if it was the last KFC location that was left open. Advice to managmet that work there.... Hire staff that actually want to make customers want to come back...
