Kitchen Hub Food Hall Liberty Village — Restaurant in Toronto

This is a great concept, since we have a kid that doesn't always want to eat what we want to. I was excited to try it out but unfortunately there were huge problems with the delivery. So, I can't accurately review the food since it was quite cold after being delivered over two hours later. When the order finally arrived (took an hour and twenty minutes and we aren't too far from Liberty Village) I found it on my doorstep. But it was just one order out of the three. It took me a while to find the phone number (it's not on the website) and when I called they told me that the driver had taken the food before the rest of the order was done. So they had to call the driver back and they threw in a couple of pieces of cheesecakes for the hassle. The food arrived almost two and a half hours after we ordered and quite cold. I hope this is just about a new service that is working out its kinks because I think it's a great idea. Not sure if we will...

The kitchen hub is a great way to get restaurant food quick. The food was of course excellent, but I admit, I wasn't expecting the same, high, restaurant price. I am taking the food to go, not staying to enjoy the atmosphere. I understand restaurant prices are higher because they have to pay for a large dining room, servers, and ambiance. When you get takeaway from a grocery store that is already making profits hand over fist, I had hoped the prices would be lower.

Food was of course amazing. I ordered from pai and it does very closely mimic the actual restaurant. 👏

I rated service and atmosphere as 1 star because I didn't speak to anyone to order (they have a tablet at the counter) and I received a text for pickup. It was a humanless interaction. The atmosphere... A grocery store. No thanks.

I'll probably go again, but it would be nice to see the food cost a bit less, but wouldn't that be ideal at the grocery...

I recently visited Kitchen Hub in Liberty Village and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, the pizza from Three Brothers Pizza was quite good tasty and satisfying, with a nice balance of flavours. However, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed more focused on their phones than on paying attention to customers and delivery drivers, which was disappointing. As the saying goes, "out of sight, out of mind." If staffs need to be out of view, it would be better if they stayed in the back or at least left a bell at the front for customers to ring when they need service. It would also be nice if staffs took a moment to wipe down tables occasionally to clear up crumbs and food stains left by previous diners. This lack of attention really detracted from the overall experience. While the food was solid, the inattentiveness from the staffs made it difficult to fully...
