I visited the kung fu tea on greystone and as usual the staff were rude. The girl that served me could get some customer service training, the way she spoke seemed rude. I asked for grapefruit slush (not a menu item, my mistake) and it took some back and forth but she eventually realized I wanted the grapefruit green tea. The two staff working around noon on saturday july 15 were both pretty aloof. Actively walking away from me when I'm standing at the window to pick up a drink (lol?). That's no big deal though, I'm not shy and will flag people to pass me my drink or whatever. I got my order, enjoyed it and used the restroom. Very clean and well kept. Then both servers disappeared for several minutes.. Another group of girls were there and the poor girl stood there for a while minding her manners and not being rude. I had to yell out "HELLO" and open/close the door for the chime to go off. Rude girl finally comes out to take order.
