I visited the kung fu tea on greystone and as usual the staff were rude. The girl that served me could get some customer service training, the way she spoke seemed rude. I asked for grapefruit slush (not a menu item, my mistake) and it took some back and forth but she eventually realized I wanted the grapefruit green tea. The two staff working around noon on saturday july 15 were both pretty aloof. Actively walking away from me when I'm standing at the window to pick up a drink (lol?). That's no big deal though, I'm not shy and will flag people to pass me my drink or whatever. I got my order, enjoyed it and used the restroom. Very clean and well kept. Then both servers disappeared for several minutes.. Another group of girls were there and the poor girl stood there for a while minding her manners and not being rude. I had to yell out "HELLO" and open/close the door for the chime to go off. Rude girl finally comes out to take order. There's a girl that works here and she's incredibly rude, when I wanted to collect points she told me I was supposed to tell her before paying when it's her job to ask me so the next time I brought it up, she didn't react in anyway and didn't reply to me, effectively ignoring me so I repeated myself thinking that maybe she didn't hear me due to their plastic partition she said, "CAN you give me a SECOND???".... I was so taken aback and then she proceeded to not make my drink, her coworker asked if I had ordered anything to which she feigned not knowing anything about my order when she's the one that took my order.
