I keep giving this store the benefit of the doubt as PizzaNova is the only chain pizza we like. Never again. I have no idea what is wrong with the staff at this store but everytime I get delivery it's extremely late, cold and they forget part of my order. This time over 30minutes late and the guy shows up with just the pizza. No wings or wedges. I spent over $67 on one cold pizza. The delivery guy just stares at me when I ask him for the rest of the order. No idea what I'm talking about, even though he's holding my receipt in his hand with my whole order on it. I have to sit on hold with customer service for 20 minutes and my only choice is to reorder and wait another 45 minutes . They won't refund me . never again and it's no better when you pick up. One evening I was there for over an hour and they gave my pizza to someone else twice. I know because the people brought it back. Then had the nerve to ask me what I ordered again to remake it. Acting like I was unreasonable because I wanted my money back . Never never...
