First time trying this place. The drink was amazing! I didn’t know it came with some kind of paste at the bottom. I ordered the “Taro Pudding Pearl Latte”. It was DELICIOUS! Paste and pearls at the bottom, on top the pudding. It was a very nice combination. I’m also grateful that they use real milk instead of milk powder. And they also offer lactose free!!! I’m definitely ordering it again.

I understand the place is new so the management was a bit chaotic. I had to repeat my order 3 times as they put the wrong drink twice, and they also forgot to add the matcha waffle that I asked for. I had to wait 15 minutes for my order and when receiving it they were giving me 2 drinks and no waffle. This is why I’m giving 4 starts and not 5. It’s ok tho, if you don’t mind waiting longer than usual you’ll enjoy it. The drinks are worth it and the service will get more efficient with time.

Walked in to quickly grab bubble tea on a chilly day, the place is perfectly designed to optimize the space. Highly ceilings, top floor has a small seating area, downstairs there’s a bench and some seating available. Met with a friendly staff member who took my order and answered my questions. I tried the taro slush with tapioca. It was very sweet to see this chain is run by a family, the little one who brought my drink was so professional & mature.

The drink was the perfect slush, the tapioca was fresh and it tasted really good.
