I came here to taste the matcha drinks that people in the reviews were raving about.

Long story short, it’s not good matcha. I’ve tried pastries from another location and their cookies are extremely good but I will never buy matcha from here again.

The “matcha” is basically milk tea, tastes extremely sweet/sugary and is not properly mixed to top it off. It’s clumpy throughout the drink which goes to show how cheap and low quality it is. Also, let’s say the clumps were due to some other reason, this still isn’t real matcha. I wasn’t expecting ceremonial grade but if you’re charging for real matcha that is indeed the expectation I’ll have as a customer taste wise. If you love sweet milk tea and don’t like what makes matcha, well, matcha have a go.

Very rude staff, I entered to buy a fruit cup but the drink I hand in my hand dripped a bit so I used some of their napkins. the person there was so rude, he asked rudely “hey! what are you doing using my stuff? You can’t use my stuff” He kept fighting me over damn napkins after I told him I was buying something. A long with some other girl that was on her break. It was an overall pathetic experience and really antagonizing. That’s not to mention last time I bought an oat latte here and it was so sour and watery I had to throw out the drink (coming from someone who is a barista and drinks a lot of coffee). I ordered the Oatmeal here because it was 3.99 according to the menu. They charged me 4.99 for a small bowl of oatmeal. So when I asked why is it charging me a dollar more than the menu, the manager came up and explained that what I got was the Dahlia Pudding. The Dahlia pudding is the same price as the oatmeal and what the worker didn't tell me apparently was that they ran out. She tried to give me something else, then tried to charge me more than the original price. The manager says that it's 4.99 despite what it says on his menu.
