Lettieri Espresso Bar & Cafe — Restaurant in Toronto

Came over to Bayview village for a quiet sit down at (Lettieri express Coffee) with friends as we usually do weekly basis. To the Managment of (Littieri coffee shop) I do not want to further my discussion to Better Business Bureau or to the Management of Bayview village office.

Day (Sunday 21) 12:30 till 1:30 pm We had a very unusual and a very rude LOUD mouth disturbance discussions with your crew particularly with (THE SHORT SKINNY) person behind the counter.

This person tried to raise his voice and would not STOP yelling at my wife trying to get his point across.

I interrupted to stop the discussion with his uneducated, unprofessionals, rude manner.

All because we turned 4 coffee back and explained that the coffee was weak and too watery.

Coffee portion for a small cup but filled in a large cup as we had original ordered and charged as such. $$$$

(In addition Our guest happened to be a CEO within the hospitality industry).

We have never encountered such loud verbiage coming from your establishment, however if your crew has any reflection with this attitude It would greatly appreciated to educated this particular rude crew you have representing your...

The food and smoothie were okay but the service was atrocious! The worst I've had in a long time in Canada. At the front there were two older ladies, so maybe that's different from the people who commented about the "friendly" staff. They gave me an attitude from the beginning when I asked for a sandwich and then decided to also add a smoothie. When I said the smoothie flavour the one who was supposed to make it had a reaction like "F*ing great!" and was visibly annoyed - at what, I don't understand, all I said was the flavour?! Then I noticed that the other one had inputted the wrong sandwich on the receipt and I pointed it out because I didn't want to get the wrong sandwich. That of course led to another session of attitude where both of them started being super rude to me, telling me that it doesn't matter because all of the sandwiches are the same price, which was not the point. They were so rude that I wanted to cancel everything but I had already paid while we were talking and I was with a friend who really wanted to eat there and had already put her order in. Two other customers saw all this and left because of how I was treated. Definitely...

Lettieri serves bad coffee for a high price. The dark roast coffee I tried had absolutely NO coffee taste. It was just lukewarm water. When I told the server that it was tasteless, she said that no one else had ever complained about their dark roast before and that my taste buds must be 'off.' She refused to refund my money or offer me anything else and watched in silence as I threw the 'coffee' away. For the prices this place charges and in the ritzy shopping centre it is located, they should be offering a much better product and giving their customers better service....
