Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

I ordered ahead of time online for the crazy bread and crazy sauce.

When I arrived I notice there were a lot of people inside waiting. Another customer asked for their pizza order and wanted to pay in cash $50. However both of the staff is adamant and said they have no change for it.

This is kinda crazy to me since most stores should have change for that much at least.The customer service is pretty bad and I feel like the cashier didn’t know what they were doing.

They also had a very rude attitude to that customer and told him to go somewhere else to get change. He ended up leaving without the pizza.

For me, I didn’t wait too long since I’ve only had bread sticks. But the sauce is a lot smaller than I expected.

Overall, even though those main issues weren’t targeted towards me. Just being in the same store and seeing how poor the customer service is, deters me from coming back.

So yesterday I had purchase A medium box of pepperoni. Good service from the cashier. I asked her if I can leave my pizza on the counter, because I had my groceries in hand and was waiting for my husband to pull up with the car. I dropped off my groceries and returned to pick up the box up of pizza. The store manager, rudely informed me that she had already sold my pizza and it would be another 10 minutes wait. That I've should have known their policy, that there pizza was hot and ready, and shouldn't leave things on their counter. So therefore it was OK for their employee to steal my pizza and give it way. Not only stealing my pizza but wasting my time. I should have known the policy, because I'm a mind reader, I had told her if her staff had informed me about their rule I've would of taken the pizza with me and left my groceries instead. I tried a few times to see if they'll get better. Unfortunately, their pizza is consistently bad and nasty. You're better off buying pizza elsewhere like Paradise.

First they never answer their phone. I've even done a test where I called just infront of their entrance and no answer. Cashier lady is always sorry about it. I don't blame her, maybe she's told not to answer? The owner is always around and he doesn't seem to care.

Next, greasy nasty pizza. Oily, gross; it's almost criminal. Artery clogging puddles of grease.
