I’ve been to many pizza and wings stops but none has come close when it comes to both quality and quantity. Located right on the busy intersection of Jane & Steeles, this place is a walk in gem and I’m surprised it doesn’t get more recognition when it comes to places to get great food for value.

A small cheese or pepperoni pizza starts at $5 which is insane to me in this economy and inflation that they kept their prices so low. I didn’t expect much because the moment you walk in, it looks pretty bare bones and bland, in terms of aesthetics. Hence why I gave the atmosphere a 3 star, it’s not the worse I’ve seen but it’s not the best either, but where they shine isn’t how pretty it looks but the quality of the food and the quantity for you spending.

I’ve been here at least 3-4x within a span of 2 weeks and have been doing nothing but raving them as this will be my go to spot for both pizza and wings. Here’s a comparison, a Large pizza with 2-3 toppings from Pizza Pizza is going to cost you about $19.99-21 itself; Over at Paradise, you can get the same for about $13 which is a crazy save, and they don’t charge you for delivery over orders of $25 which is insane to me. What really has me in awe is their wings and fries combo as 10 wings and fries / wedges is about $10 which is crazy because another comparison would be going to Allstars or another wings place that will give you less for more rather than more for less which is what Paradise does.

Overall, this is a gem of a place and now my go to for pizza and wings. The customer service is relatively quick as well as they are patient with whatever you want to order. Could they do slightly better from a facial expression wise? Of course but I’m not complaining as I was never turned off by an interaction or...

ROACH IN FOOD !!! BEWARE

I am writing this review with sheer disgust and distress. I recently visited paradise pizza and wings today as I was hungry and looking to have a late lunch. I knew about this restaurant as I had dined here once before and had a good experience—everything tasted delicious, and seemed well-prepared. But what happened during my recent visit is beyond unacceptable.

After getting home and eating about a quarter of my meal, I discovered what appeared to be a small roach in my food. I am still in shock. I cannot express just how upsetting and disturbing this was. The thought of eating at a place that would allow something like that to happen is actually disgusting. This isn’t a minor issue, but a major violation of health and hygiene.

I want to make it clear that I will be contacting the local health department to report this incident, and I sincerely hope they perform a thorough inspection of this establishment. I had given the interior of this place the benefit of my doubt as it seems a little bit outdated and mildly run down, but the reviews were great and my first experience also went well— I seem to have been extremely wrong. I am deeply concerned about the cleanliness and safety of this kitchen as well as their food preparation areas. Shuddering just thinking about this experience.

I hope you take this matter seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure this never happens again. Although based on the fact that they don’t seem to reply or care about their customers google reviews, I highly doubt their hygiene standards will be changing….. Needless to say, I will not be returning and I strongly urge anyone reading this to consider the potential risks before dining...

SO! here I am, 11:00PM and undecided about what pizza to get... Should I order domino's? Should I risk ordering pizza pizza from Jane & Finch? Where should I get food? Well a quick Google Maps search later, I found this place. Upon calling the restaurant, I spoke with someone who had troubles understanding the payment system... they told me I could pay with Cash or Visa but were not sure about mastercard (which seems redundant when Visa is accepted). She told me she was going to call her daughter and get them to explain the situation. so I gave my phone number and not 3 minutes later her son (the delivery man) calls back speaking perfectly clear english and sorts the situation out (they do take mastercard). So I order my combo which I consider a VERY good deal (20$ for 15 wings, medium pizza, garlic bread and 3 cans of soda...) and pay over the phone with my CC. upon payment, he affirms me it will be at my University Residence soon and surely enough it arrives relatively quickly. After all the ruckus I went through, I was anticipating a really good meal... and a really good meal I got! The garlic bread was ok, Wings were fairly normal aswell, but the pizza... THE PIZZA I TELL YOU! THIS PLACE HAS THE BEST TASTING PIZZA IN THE WHOLE WORLD! now back down to a normal level... I have never tasted a pizza so good in my life! The quality of the dough they use and the toppings is very top notch. I don't know what kind of special cocaine they put in this pizza, but I'm addicted. Will definitely order from this place...
