theres an elderly lady there that makes the ice coffees super poorly, barely puts ice, the ratio of syrup to coffee is wrong every time and never ever stirs the coffee. it's taken many trips to finally make a review about the service at this location. theres literally been 1 young man there with a bit of a fro, and he makes the ice coffees like he actually cares about who's receiving it. hes a gem and deserves all the 5 stars but its the rest of the team thats slacking, especially staff like the lady mentioned above. it's the little things that goes a long way in building a good reputation. take some pride in your work. it seems like the staff look after each other, but that seems to be at the cost of treating the customers poorly. there was this one time this kid just wanted some water in his bottle and asked the cashier kindly. she proceeded to tell him that she was going to charge him for filling his bottle. and then asked what size he would like. his poc friend was like it's fine, forget about it under his breath. like are you serious? it's water. the kids been playing out in the sun and just wants some water. I just dont understand some of the staff here. get someone from HQ to come train these guys.

We placed a pickup order late Saturday night (around 12:45 AM on September 21, 2025, technically Sunday) and went to collect it. When we showed the confirmation on the phone, the staff told us we had to go through the drive-thru. The shocking part was when the short-height lady with glasses i think indian maybe told us we must have a car in order to get our food. We asked if they could just hand us the bag since we had already paid, but she flat-out refused. The way she spoke to us was extremely rude and disrespectful. Instead of helping, she dismissed us, and the manager who was there supported her behavior with the same attitude. There was no apology, no attempt to resolve the issue — nothing but arrogance. I normally never leave negative reviews, but this one has impacted my experience far too much to ignore. We left without our food, felt humiliated, and had our whole night ruined. Not only did we not get the order we paid for, but the behavior of this one employee, backed by the manager, was completely unacceptable. Read moreAbsolutely horrible! Horrible experience here today!! I rarely write reviews, I really do sympathize and relate to fast food employees, as I worked in the industry myself years ago. I ordered 2 drinks, & two combos, the young lady at the second window was handing me my first drink, as I kindly asked her for a tray. She instantly got very upset, kissed her teeth & started speaking out loud " Tray? for what? why do people ask for tray? this is so stupid, some people are so damn stupid!!" the window was open as she said this, reaching for the tray, I clearly heard everything. Then she aggressively handed me my tray of drinks, she was upset. And sure, I get it, you work in a faced paced environment, and a tray can delay your line up, but seriously this was not coming from a place where she was concerned about the line up(because there was no line up!!) , she was just plain angry and rude. I don't know, but this experience left me very upset today. And if it wasn't for me having to get back to work on time for a meeting, I would have most definitely asked to have spoken with this locations Manager.
