For over 15 years my McDonald's favourite was Cranberry Muffins. Well-baked, always warm and delicious, with generous amount of cranberries. About 2 months ago after opening the box and having the first muffin I've noticed the cranberries inside being really scarce. Thinking that was accidental, I've had the rest of the muffins - same thing: the number of cranberries inside was less than half of what it was before. I was eating pieces of baked sweet dough with an occasional cranberry inside them. I've telephoned and let the male staffer know and he promised he'd look into it. 3 weeks passed. Thinking the matter must've been taken care of, I visited the restaurant and purchased another box of cranberry muffins. If the situation has changed , it definitely changed for the worse. I spoke to another store manager that promised to look into the matter - yet again. This time I decided not to sit idly and wait, but request a refund. The female on the other side provided me with her name and invited to visit at my convenience to get my money back. She also promised to leave instructions to the staff. Being partially paralyzed makes me unable to walk, so I've come to McDonald's after about a week. After grilling me for almost 15 minutes, the staff members telephoned the aforementioned manager and after another 15 minutes finally provided me with a refund. I've waited another week before calling the manager again to inquire about the matter and been told, that she'd made an inquiry at the bakery, the muffin supplier and in could literally take weeks and maybe months until the answer is received. I think my complaint has been tossed into the garbage bin yet...
Read moreThe store manager Ranisha was horrible. I mean she came in and was nasty from the beginning. She has no respect and to be honest, isn't the right fit to represent a whole location. Due to her utter lack of the concept of customer service, I think she should be fired. [RIGHT AWAY!] She completely disregards social etiquette and was rude to so many customers right in front of me. And she even instigated one of her workers to pick a fight with a customer (who happened to be a colleague I used to work with), for no good reason I might add (it was 10 at night like the lady was just grabbing a snack to eat in bed for goodness sake). They wrongly threatened and accused the customer of misdoings. They said something along the lines of her being unable to make certain mobile purchases because she doesn't regularly buy at Mcdonalds. Which I thought was ludicrous because it's the closest location from her place and we used to go all the time. They have no right to restrict a customer from buying anything that the store offers because they don't own any of it. Made a whole darn scene for no...
Read moreWhen I was there on March 14,2025 I ordered a breakfast meal using a coupon. It was just a couple of minutes after 11am. When I got the meal the hash brown was lukewarm and limp. when I asked for a replacement I was told I was out of luck as this location no longer serves breakfast items after 11am. I asked for both my money back and my coupon. I got the money back no problem and the so called management person told me to wait a minute while she went to the back. Approximately 7-8 minutes later she came back and looked suprised to see me still standing there. She then bent down and pulled the ripped coupon from the GARBAGE and told me I could use it again. FROM THE GARBAGE!!!! Really!!!! This is not the ifrst issue I have had at this location. If I were you I would avoid this location permanently. I did put a complaint into the customer service department and they sent me a coupon for a free breakfast meal which I will use at a different location.
