McDonald's — Restaurant in Toronto

I'm not one for writing bad reviews but I can't shake this experience off. On Sunday December 3 at about 3:30 AM I went thru the drive thru and ordered a McChicken and a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and asked for them both to be made fresh, and was told that this was not a problem. When I pulled up to the window surprisingly my food was already ready. I took the food and parked up to eat. When I took the first bite I noticed that the food wasn't hot, it was lukewarm at best. I took another bite out of it (the Quarter Pounder) and the sandwich just keep getting colder bite by bite. When I flipped the bun open and looked inside the middle of the patty was bright pink and raw. Severely underdone. I brought it back to the window and it was replaced but I feel absolutely sick to my stomach. The guy on the drive thru window was friendly and displayed good customer service but the kitchen staff needs to get it together. This is the second time I've ordered food from this location and it wasn't cooked properly. This issue needs to be addressed before someone becomes ill from this...

The food was fresh, staff were working hard but I saw what may have been theft. A lady wearing a silver name tag Ananoy or something close to this took some black coins out the cash till along with a $1 coin. She held a $5 bill in her hand and asked a staff to witness her change the $5 bill for these black coins. The staff said ok yeah and walked towards the cashier drawer, but did not appear to be paying attention to what Ananoy was doing, and looked in a rush to finish the orders they were doing When they employee turned away to walk off and continue to work. I SAW ANAJOY put a $5 bill back into her pocket coin purse along with the black coins and $1 that was placed on the counter to show " I'm not stealing" it really is $5 in coins. PLEASE REVIEW THE CAMERAS THERE. No excuse is good enough. Shame on her if she did in fact steal the black coins and $1.00. A silver tag probably means above entry level. She should be an example. Went there as I do every morning for a coffee. When I went to the first window to pay, did a tap and the person took the machine, never said a word and I drove to the next window. The person there said the payment did not go through and then proceeded to tell me that I have to walk back to the other window to tap again because they do not have a machine at the 2nd Window. There was another car behind me at the payment window, I had absolutely no room to exit my vehicle because I get close to the windows so no one has to really reach. I told her there is no way I am walking back, this is a drive through and why did the payment person not tell me my payment didnt go through. I got total attitude, no options given, nothing, I then paid by cash which she never said I could if possible and that seemed to be another ordeal and had to wait for her to get change. I go to this same McDonald's "EVERY" morning and have been for the past 5 years and am now thinking maybe I need to start going to...
