Mr. Puffs — Restaurant in Toronto

Despite this location being one of the newest branches around toronto, the service was great. I didn't expect to get extremely fast service as when I walked in during the evening there was a long line up of people waiting for their orders so I kept an open mind; but as soon as I placed my order and paid, I sat down for less than 8 minutes and my order of 30 puffs was ready! My go to flavours are Cinnapuffs and Choco-Berry. I ordered the Choco berry and the newest flavour, Biscoff/Lotus Biscuit. I would suggest get a drink with the Biscoff one as it does leave an overwhelming feeling in your mouth from the lack of moisture in the sauce especially since they add more Lotus crumbs on top as a garnish. Bueno is another great one, but also pretty overwhelming with thick and rich chocolate. Flavours with berry involved definitely help cut the richness in the chocolate options. The first location I went to was in Brampton and they had been open for a while however their service was a lot slower with the same amount of customers during the times I went, so to the Markham/Scarborough staff that I forgot to get the names of that were working the night I went I hope you all get a raise for the great friendly service! I was an Uber Eats driver here a couple months back, and I went pretty late at night (around 10 45- 11pm) and it was BUSY. There was at lest 3 customers lined up, and constant flow going in and out still. I got 3 requests in the span of like 5 mins, with a 4th one that I HAD to decline. I had to wait a fair bit because of the walk-ins, and I'm pretty sure there was a new guy in there getting trained so he was probably a bit slower then others would have been. In total I probably waited 30mins for 3 orders (The clients weren't too happy with the wait, but Uber Eats clients are rarely happen, and think we should be able to telephoto their food to them) anyways! After waiting 30mins, they could probably see I was stressing trying to get my orders out, and to ease some stress or maybe just because they felt bad, they gave me a free box of 12 fully loaded puffs. They called me "Uber", the entire time and even wrote that as my name on the box XD, but it was super kind of them. They really went above and beyond that night with their service and generosity. Always wanted to try Mr.Puffs after hearing all the hype, and it did not disappoint. Great flavour, delicious soft serve and good customer service.

I have visited this location a couple of time and here are a few things to keep in mind if you are visiting for the first time. One portion of 6 puffs + ice cream is wayyy too much for one person. This portion can comfortably be shared between 2 people. Secondly, one portion only comes with one puff fork, so be sure to request another if you do plan on sharing. Thirdly, there are only 2-3 tables with space for only 2 people on average. So if you plan on dining in with a group that is something to keep in mind. Lastly, this stuff is sticky! If you do not have time to wash your hands (and I didn't see a bathroom there) then be sure to bring a wet wipe or some hand sanitizer because it will annoy you.
