Consistently the worst customer experience, and I'm done. I've been foolish enough to order from here numerous times, and the treatment of customers hasn't gotten better. I received a text that my order was ready, so I went to pick it up. Well it wasn't ready, only 1 of 2 pizzas was done. I waited 25 min for my second, with absolutely no info from the people behind the counter, all the while pushy skip the dishes drivers running in and out with their orders placed on a lone pizza on the counter. Well, turns out that was my first pizza. I had a pizza bag, but they preferred to not tell me that was mine and just let the pizza go cold because the top of the oven is apparently skip the dishes turf. This waiting and disorganization is common at this location. Don't bother. In previous visits I've watched other customers get upset on waitting over an hour, so guess today was my turn. If you want decent pizza and excellent customer service for half the price go across the street to Pizza Pizza (its also always done on time). If you want fantastic pizza and customer service, go to Frank's Pizza House on St. Clair. Read moreWalked in and the girl was on her phone texting someone so I said can I order now ? she said wait a minute and continued on her phone, so after 3 mins I said hello can I order now I have to get going she again said please wait, right away I taught ok this place is not for me.. finally a man took my order medium pepperoni pie, Took almost 40 mins to finally get my order as regulars came in after me ordered and walked out with their food, I dont know what she told the other male staff but I think this was just retaliation for me bothering her texting conversation, The pizza was nothing to brag about WAY WAY too over priced for almost being cheeseless "Nothing like the pictures on Google" and just about the same amount of pepperoni and cheese as any other pizza shop, I should have went elsewhere to waste my money, Nothing even close to real NYC Brooklyn Pizza, I lived in Brooklyn right across the street from a pizzeria so I've had the real deal almost daily. And another thing I choose this establishment to spend my hard earned money and your gonna make me waste my time watching you on your phone ?? And on top of it short change my cheese too... Read moreWe placed an order for almost $200 worth of pizza and when it arrived it was almost completely inedible. It looked as though the delivery driver got into a car accident with the pizza. When we called to complain about this, we were told to deal with DoorDash as they were the ones who delivered. My issue is that I didn’t order with DoorDash, I ordered on the North of Brooklyn website directly and then they decide who delivers the pizza. If they are offering delivery then they should be the ones to deal with the delivery service. The appropriate response from anyone with an ounce of common sense for customer service should have been “we’re so sorry we will send you new pizza and we will deal with DoorDash”. We ended up spending an hour on the phone dealing with this, all while having NO PIZZA to serve our guests!!! Please make this make sense!!! And it seems like this is not the first time as there is another review with pizza looking exactly like ours and again NoB is blaming Uber. I’m starting to think this is more than a coincidence and maybe they are doing this on purpose.
