Pho Cali is truly an underrated gem for pho lovers! The food came out fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The pho had a wonderfully flavorful yet clean taste that really hit the spot. The portion size was perfect, and the dishes were prepared with great care. We tried the pho with rare beef and beef balls, while my partner ordered the vermicelli with grilled beef and a spring roll. Both meals were fantastic and arrived quickly. The restaurant itself was very clean and well-organized, adding to the overall great experience. At $17 per bowl, it’s slightly on the pricier side, but the quality of the meal made it worth every penny. I’d definitely recommend Pho Cali to anyone craving a great bowl of pho, and I’ll be coming back for sure!

Pho Cali, a Vietnamese restaurant that opened in The Junction area in 2024. The restaurant offers an array of dishes such as spring rolls, broken rice, vermicelli bowls, and, of course, pho soup noodles. We tried the House Special and the Sate with Rare Beef pho, both of which were wonderfully flavorful without being overly salty. The portions were also good here. The staff here were friendly and attentive, and the service was quick, ensuring a smooth dining experience. The interior of the restaurant is bright, cute, and clean, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. While they don’t have a dedicated website, their full menu is available via Uber Eats. Overall, Pho Cali is a great Vietnamese addition to The Junction’s food scene!

Good bowl of noodles. The spring roll wasn't overfried and well seasoned. The beef had a nice I think lemongrassish flavour. Large portion but not "a omg this is too much food to eat." I personally really like "warm" vermicelli noodle bowls, I know some places they don't do a quick boil of the noodles. Place is really clean. Biggest plus to me is the place has just a 2 page menu and not 100+ menu items which means they don't have random dishes folks rarely cook or ingredients that sit in the fridge too long.

Pho Cali has quickly become our new favorite Vietnamese restaurant since moving to the Junction, and we're so glad we stumbled upon it. The owners are incredibly kind, and the restaurant is spotless—everything is always fresh and welcoming. It’s also conveniently located just a stone’s throw from our place, which makes it even more of a gem.

So far, we’ve tried the Bún and the Bánh Mì, and both have been outstanding. The Bánh Mì is hands down the best I’ve ever had—the quality of the ingredients is top-notch, and the beef marinade is absolutely delicious. My partner loves the same dishes, but with pork, and he’s equally obsessed. The portions are generous, and the pricing is very reasonable, making it an even better deal. Every bite is packed with flavor and shows how much care goes into each dish.

Highly recommend this spot if you're in the area—you won’t be...

Great! The quality Vietnamese food. By far the best Viet food in and around the junction area. Menue is small but all the choices are great and made well. The prices are a little high for Viet food, but worth for the quality. Also the tea for the table, was some of the best free tea I have had at a restaurant.

The Pho is quite large (could be split between two not too hungry people), had great flavour and the noodles were cooked to perfection. Good amount of meat, but was a little too tender.

The vermicelli was delicious. Highly recommend the papaya/mango salad (ask for limes with it). Comes with delicious shrimp and tasted very fresh.

The owners were very nice and the place is very clean. Would recommend to anyone looking for Viet food. Definitely...
