I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent price increase at your Pizza Depot location. On November 10th, I ordered an XL pizza and was charged $30.50 despite the menu board clearly stating the price as $22.99.

When I brought this discrepancy to the attention of the employee who served me, she informed me that the price had changed and that there was nothing she could do about it. I showed her a receipt from my previous order, which showed that I had been charged $22.99 for the same pizza, same toppings, and same location. However, she refused to honor the previous price.

I then requested to speak to the manager, who was equally dismissive of my concerns. He stated that the price had changed and that I could either take the pizza at the new price or leave it. I find this type of customer service to be completely unacceptable.

I have been a loyal customer of Pizza Depot for many years and have never had a problem until now. I am extremely disappointed with the way this situation has been handled and would appreciate a prompt resolution.Subsequent to my dining experience, I attempted to capture photographs of the establishment and menu with the intention of sharing them on Google as a means of informing potential customers about the subpar quality of the food and service. Prior to taking the photographs, I courteously requested the employee to step aside so as not to be included in the images. Upon arriving home, I discovered that the pizza was stale and lacked the appropriate amount of toppings.
